I was so thankful knowing they would be comfortable staying with her for the five days I was away. I truly believe pets can sense when someone genuinely cares for them, and I could see that with Veronica. Bernadette was absolutely incredible! It was my 7 year old Dobermans first time ever boarding and I was a little nervous since he’s a velcro dog and can be a little needy. Sonia was an incredible caretaker for our precious Donnie! She took extra efforts to reach out to us with photos and videos. I left my little Yorkie, Kash Money with Tamra for 5 days while I was on vacation. Kash has never been boarded before, so I was very nervous about leaving him. He also struggles with anxiety and doesn’t like being alone. Tamra was wonderful. She kept me updated on how he was doing, let me know when he ate, and sent lots of pictures and updates throughout his stay. In every picture, Kash looked happy, comfortable, and well cared for. She reassured me that everything was going well, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Kash has special feeding and bathroom instructions, and Tamra was able to accommodate all of his needs without any issues. Most importantly, he was safe, happy, and clearly received plenty of attention and care. We are beyond satisfied and extremely impressed with Grecia’s care for Bucky. She was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive… positive list can go on and on.
