And to illustrate that I'd like to highlight two things about our experience with her that stood out to me. First, when we first contacted her about boarding, she asked really good questions. Knowing that she was actively thinking about our dog's care and doublechecking details that we didn't cover in our Rover profile really put me at ease even before we'd met her. And second, when we picked Rusty up, she had all of his stuff so well organized in the big blue Ikea bag that we pack full of his food, toys, and blankets. It might seem like something small, but it really made me see the care she takes with things. (I myself normally just jam stuff in the bag until it fits, haha.) I believe Nova really enjoyed spending time with Sylvia in the backyard ( based on Nova’s smile in the photo). And Sylvia is very kind to ask whether Nova is comfortable with the firework!
