They will customize the amount of updates you'd like to receive and they were definitely on point for us. When I picked Emma up today, she was happy to see me, but she was like, 'ahhh, good to see you, but I wouldn't mind staying a while longer!" We also did a a consultation to make sure Maximus would feel comfortable. Everything went smoothly and Maximus absolutely adored Jillian. “Mike & Ja Hyung were the best dogsitters!! My dog Poluna is a small Shih Tzu-Maltese mix and honestly thinks she’s bigger and better than everyone, so she’s not always the friendliest. But Mike & Ja Hyung were so sweet and let us stop by ahead of time so our dogs could meet—and everything went great! Their dog Bendy was so sweet and calm, he was exactly what Poluna needed to learn how to be friendly and adjust to a new home for a few days. One of my family’s biggest concerns is making sure Poluna is safe and secure wherever she stays—and also that the place is clean because she will literally eat anything off the floor. Mike & Ja Hyung totally reassured us that if the dogs were outside, someone would always be with them, and that they were going to clean the floors the night before in preparation. SO AMAZING. We’ve never felt so comfortable leaving Poluna with anyone. They sent updates, pics, and videos all weekend, and were just the sweetest couple. They accommodated everything we needed, and we’ll definitely be using them again. Poluna came home so tired after her weekend-long playdate with Bendy—sign of a good time!”

Joonshik took absolutely amazing care of my dog Robin while I was away for a flight, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the start, he was incredibly kind, communicative, and clearly experienced with dogs. He sent regular photo updates that gave me so much peace of mind and made it easy to see that Robin was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. My dog is very attached to me, and I truly consider her one of my kids, and knowing she was in such wonderful hands made all the difference. I would recommend Adriana every day all day. She’s the best. I have never left my baby with anybody because he’s so attached to us and he has a feeding scheduled ,she followed every little thing that I told her to make him feel happy . We had to leave town for a family emegrgency and couldn't take our pup. It was our first time leaving him and Aarti made sure to take great care of him. She was able to take him in sooner than we thought too but she was very accomodating and I know we left him in good hands. Teddy was tired when we picked him up so I now he had a great time with all the other pups.
