But Mike & Ja Hyung were so sweet and let us stop by ahead of time so our dogs could meet—and everything went great! Their dog Bendy was so sweet and calm, he was exactly what Poluna needed to learn how to be friendly and adjust to a new home for a few days. One of my family’s biggest concerns is making sure Poluna is safe and secure wherever she stays—and also that the place is clean because she will literally eat anything off the floor. Mike & Ja Hyung totally reassured us that if the dogs were outside, someone would always be with them, and that they were going to clean the floors the night before in preparation. SO AMAZING. “This was the first time I left my two little furry ones with anyone other than my mom, so needless to say, I was quite nervous. A big part of my concern was because one of my dogs does not do well with most humans or other pets besides his brother. Veronica kindly agreed to do a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure my dogs were comfortable with her and that it was a good fit both ways. By the end of the meeting, the dog I was most worried about had completely warmed up to her and was rolling onto his back so she could rub his belly! I was so thankful knowing they would be comfortable staying with her for the five days I was away.
