About: Working with animals have always been my passion ever since I was little, and now I have the privilege to obtain a degree in animal science spring ‘27! I have dog sat for friends and family for certain occasions, even have been a vet assistant at an animal clinic:) I have been working there for about 2 years now, I am trained to give vaccines, medicine, you name it! I now have two small breed dogs. A chihuahua mix named Brownie that's just 8 lbs, rescued in 2015 and I have a Rat Terrier named Taco and he was rescued in March 2020, he's about 15 lbs. All their shots are up to date and they are neutered. I am an active runner/walker and I enjoy taking my dogs out for walks regularly/daily. This was my first time booking through Rover in hopes of finding someone that can care for my puppy while I’m away and I found Alyssa. She was very kind and patient. I feel like she tried her best even though my puppy is a high energy stubborn puppy. She tried to make him as comfortable as possible. I did have a slight suggestion and that would be just to communicate better and interact with the puppy as much as possible to make it a smoother process. Dogs feed off our energy.
