I was invited in to meet the other dogs staying the night which allowed my dogs to settle in. She was transparent in what the flow would be for the stay and sent pics 2x a day. I would use her again! Sonia was an incredible caretaker for our precious Donnie! She took extra efforts to reach out to us with photos and videos. It was clear that he was receiving multiple regular walks a day and that Sonia was taking every effort to ensure that he was comfortable and felt at home! We were nervous to leave our baby with someone other than our parents but he had a great time and Ness sent pictures and let me know he was doing great. By the end of trip I was nervous he wouldn’t want to come home because of how happy he looked with Ness and her dogs. Would definitely use again!
