Home full-time, 8 years on Rover!
Hello, My name is Gary and I have been a pet owner my whole life, and a dog owner for over 20 years. I have also been a sitter for Rover for 8 years now and was a sitter for Dogvacay for 2 years before Rover bought them out. Up until 01/01/2018 I lived with my amazingly sweet pup Clover who had been with me since I rescued her in 2006. We had been together ever since, living with multiple dog, cats and small pets in that time. I learned about Rover by helping a friend take her boarded dogs on hikes and walks, as well as have them over to play with Clover often. Clover since then had been the Ambassador here, showing the new dogs love and enjoying her returning friends. Dogs have become such a huge part of my life now and even with Clover gone I am blessed to have so much love here from all the new furry friends I have made and amazing dogs I continue to meet. Your dog(s) will have full access to our beautiful home where they will be treated like a part of our family! Nala our new mini Labradoodle will keep them company and help show them around the neighborhood. A typical day would consist of playing and relaxing inside, multiple walks through the surrounding neighborhoods and parks, as well as trips to local dog beaches and enclosed dog parks for supervised recreation. Each night the dogs are welcome to sleep on the many comfy provided dog beds we have available! I work from home and will be able to be attentive to your pets needs 24/7 and show them the love and care they need while you are away on business or leisure! Notes: I do not take any aggressive dogs(breed not an issue, just behavior) in to make sure all visitors are safe and comfortable. All dogs will be on a leash when leaving the house or gated yard for walks, please provide one for each dog.

He is an amazing person, Draco has a great time with him and came back home happy. He kept me updated daily letting me know Draco was safe. I thank him for the time I was out of town and taking the time to care for my frenchie. Will forsure rebook again in the future.
Gary was great with my 7 year old golden retriever! He was very communicative and did a great job of sending us pics of our girl while we were gone. We would definitely like to rebook again in the future!
Gary was super kind, responsive, and treated our pup very well. We got regular communication updates and knew everything that was going on. We will be booking with him again.

I have now been doing full-time pet care for over 10 years. The dogs that are cared for here are my #1 priority each day.

I provide 24/7 care for the dogs and treat them as a part of the family here. With my partner also here the dogs are never left alone and always supervised.
Pets
A typical day
We start daycare at about 7:30am each morning. Dogs are taken on a walks every 4 hours or as needed. All dogs are separated for their meals. We then have activities and playtime until the afternoon nap. We will be taking outings to local parks(always on-leash) as well as enclosed dog parks(safe for off-leash) for recreation each day they are here. Evenings are similar in that the dogs are taken on an evening walk to stretch and go potty and then fed in separate areas. At night the dogs sleep in the many provided dog beds and soft chairs available.
