About: hi! kristina here :) had a dog when i was younger and i’ve watched dogs for friends and family over the years. can’t commit to having a dog right now but i love spending time with them. i will make sure to support you with whatever your dog needs. my schedule is flexible and i spend a lot of time at home so i am able to provide my full attention, especially to pets who require it. my personality is calm and gentle, and my home is clean and quiet. i live in a residential neighborhood—good and safe area for walks with other dogs around.
About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have had a family dog for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a close-knit community, I started helping neighbors with pet sitting and house sitting around age 10 and have loved it ever since. I'm a huge dog lover and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that means going on walks, playing, giving them attention, or simply keeping them company while you're away. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every dog with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I'm currently interning only Monday through Thursdays, so looking to be able to help on Fridays & the weekends, as well as all weekday afternoons. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. During walks and drop-in visits, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and care while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and needs, so I take the time to get to know them and follow any instructions provided by their owner. Whether your dog needs a long walk, a potty break, some playtime, or simply companionship while you're away, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I also provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're gone.
“Yana did great watching our very shy cats. Everything was in order when we came home--she even took out the garbage, which we hadn't asked. Our cats are very good at hiding from strangers, but she managed to track them down to get a few pics so we could see them.”

“Mackenzie has been great with our pup so far! She makes sure her needs are tended to and spends time playing with her. It’s hard to find someone you trust with your puppy, but Makenzie has been very reliable and trustworthy. We look forward to continuing to work with her!”

“I adore Corwin! He puts extra effort to provide the best photos of Buddy when I’m away. He’s attentive and such a great sitter. Buddy is always at his happiest when he sees Corwin.”
“Genki did a wonderful job watching over Toast! Toast does not usually do well when I am away, so I was nervous about leaving him alone. While he undoubtedly got stressed, Genki's check-ins alleviated a lot of the stress I had and when I came home, Toast was still in good condition. Genki also checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable with the care Toast was receiving, including with medication. Thank you so much for looking after the little guy, Genki!”

“Finding a trustworthy sitter can be stressful, but Monica made it easy. She was always on time for visits and kept me updated throughout. Her responsiveness really set my mind at ease. I'll definitely be booking her again for my next trip!”

“Ainsley was so great with my kitties! She was able to successfully inject insulin into my cat with no issues (first Rover sitter to do it!). Both cats were happy to see her which means they felt comfortable after only one meeting. Means Ainsley has the good animal vibes.”

About: My name's Kat and I absolutely love dogs! I've been taking care of them for over 20 years. I also volunteer at the local animal shelters as a dog walker so am extremely comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. My current fur babies are a 16 year old Morkie (Maltese-Yorkie) named Sophie and a 6 year old poodle-bichon mix named Wally. We are a package deal. :) We live in a small house with beautiful fenced-in backyard in mid-city. Together, Sophie, Wally and I will make sure your pup has an amazing time during their stay! We look forward to meeting you! I work normal hours running a small business from home so am able to give lots of attention to your pup! We typically take 2 shorter walks a day, generally around 15-20 minutes each. I also take a longer walk (about an hour) around lunch time and will bring along any higher-energy dogs I’m watching who need more exercise. Playtime happens whenever your dog wants! Wally loves playing with his toys and other dogs, so they will have a playmate if they come over. The house is on the corner lot and has a fenced-in backyard that I let the pups out in every couple hours. I will always greet you first with Sophie and Wally outside to ensure the pups will be just fine, but Sophie and Wally are sweet and used to having friends around so that hasn’t been an issue in the past. Inside we have hardwood floors. The space is a decent size with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen area, so large enough to separate the dogs if needed. Dogs are allowed on the furniture. The pups have full roam of the house. They are both super chill. Sophie mainly cuddles up in her bed under my desk as I work or chooses to hide and sleep under my bed. Wally hangs out in the AC in the living room and watches out the front window - he’s the “neighborhood watch.”
“It was so wonderful to have Elizabeth as our sitter! She was very detail oriented and kept in communication with us throughout our time away. She engaged the kitties, and in one case, even got our cat playing with a toy he hadn’t been interested in for a while. I appreciated her regular updates and knew our kitties were in good hands. I certainly hope to book again”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, from playful puppies with boundless energy to wise seniors who need a gentler touch. In August 2025, I said goodbye to my senior german shepherd as she crossed the rainbow bridge, and that experience deepened my understanding of just how precious every stage of a dog’s life truly is. Because of that journey, I don’t take caring for someone else’s pet lightly. I know the joy they bring, the routines that make them feel safe, and the love they give so freely. I also know the patience and empathy it takes to care for seniors, the energy required to keep up with puppies, and the responsibility of ensuring their quality of life at every step. What sets me apart is that I care for each dog as if they were my own — with respect, attentiveness, and genuine love. Whether I’m walking, feeding, playing, or simply keeping them company, I treat their well-being as my top priority. For me, pet care isn’t just a task — it’s a way to honor the unconditional love dogs give us every single day. Since I work full-time remotely, I have the flexibility to build pet care directly into my day with advance notice. I can step away from my desk to provide walks, play breaks, and check-ins during the workday, and I’m also available in the evenings. My routine naturally allows me to give dogs consistent attention, exercise, and care without long gaps alone, ensuring they feel loved and supported throughout the day. I create a safe, loving environment tailored to each dog’s needs. Since I don’t currently have pets at home, I’m happy to provide attentive care in your home—offering walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship to ensure comfort and consistency in their routine.
About: I've taken care of dogs my entire life- and I am proud to say I have always been the favorite human in the family! I have been a dog mom myself, so I know how hard it can be to trust someone else with your baby. I promise to take care of yours just as I would my own! I work from home 2 days a week, and my partner works from home full time. We have a fenced in yard that makes it easy for lots of playtime and also quick potty breaks! We live in a small home with a fully fenced in back yard (with lots of sunshine to sunbathe in!). Dogs are only allowed outside when supervised.
About: I've worked in 2 dog and cat boarding facilities as a feeder/ medicator and dog handler. I've groomed aswell so dont be afraid to ask for an exit bath! I'm willing to travel the distance to treat your fur baby as if it were my own I've always been an animal lover that's why I've chosen this as my daily profession and have worked in the animal care industry for 9 years strong now. A requirement of mine before booking is your pet MUST be kid friendly as I do have a child at home I will not risk. any questions feel free to message me! ☺️ I currently work part time as a hostess for a restaurant in playa vista so I have plenty of free time for cuddles and belly rubs with your fur baby! im not a huge believer in crate for dogs as I don’t use them for my own. but if needed I can provide a crate for safety when left home alone, my driveway gate is constantly open at home but all boarding pets will remain inside in a secured area (my room) for safety.
About: Hi! My name is Elvera, and I’m a music therapy student who loves spending time with animals. I grew up with dogs of all kinds and have a cat, Stella, of my own! I’m a dependable, patient, and attentive caregiver who understands that every pet has their own personality and needs. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone keep them company, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I can provide feeding, walks, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and regular photo updates if desired. Trusting someone with your pet is incredibly important, so I will make sure to treat your furry family member with the same care and attention I would give Stella. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I work part time, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I am generally available morning, afternoon, evening on the weekends, with availability during the week depending on what my part time work schedule is. I am big on communication, so you can always reach out with your specific needs, and I’ll do my best to make it happen! I am highly aware of a pet’s body language (such as yawning, licking, and whales eyes for dogs, flattened ears and tail wagging patterns in cats) to indicate whether they are feeling stressed. I will make sure your pet feels safe by following the routine you have set, a calm, quiet, and predictable environment, and always letting them sniff my hand before I pet them!

Anna went above and beyond! I was having a very stressful work week Anna helped clean up after my little trouble makers even when I let her know it was not necessary to. This was my second time booking with her and I already have another future booking 😊 Thanks Anna!

It was so wonderful to have Elizabeth as our sitter! She was very detail oriented and kept in communication with us throughout our time away. She engaged the kitties, and in one case, even got our cat playing with a toy he hadn’t been interested in for a while. I appreciated her regular updates and knew our kitties were in good hands. Melissa was so great with our two orange cats while we were on vacation! She was super communicative, and our brief video chat before her visit put my mind at ease. She was so sweet with our kitties and even spent time playing with them and giving them pets, which they loved. I will definitely book Melissa again next time we need a kitty sitter!

Adam has been an absolute gem for my Bernese Mountain Dog Louie, who can be a handful. Adam has handled him with such care and calm. He’s incredibly dependable, always available when we need him, and communicates reliably throughout. It’s such a relief to have someone we can genuinely trust with Louie. Highly recommend Adam to any dog owner.
