About: I currently take care of my puppy, Pebble, with my partner. I’m a dog lover with a playful 1.5 years old corgi, and I truly understand the care, attention, and love dogs need every day. About: We’ve raised our dog since he was 6 months old and have put in hours of training with certified specialists. Experienced in anxious, reactive dogs, administering medication, wound care, flexible needs and more. We have a dog at home and will love yours like we love our own. Not huge advocates of the dog park so you can expect your pet to receive lots of 1:1 time and walks. If your dog will be left unsupervised we’ll let you know up front. Safety and well being is our top priority. We both work from home so your furry friend will always be with someone. We do a minimum of 2 walks a day, with lots of play and cuddles during the day. Exercise will typically look like a long walk or running around off-leash in a gated area with our dog Nike. We have a spacious two bedroom apartment with a gated outdoor paved area for running around. We often walk around the neighborhood so you can count on your dog getting regular walks. The majority of your dogs ‘s time will be spent in our second bedroom/dedicated pet area and/or on the couch lounging with us.

About: Growing up, I was the primary caretaker for my extremely intelligent and active German Shepard named Guishi. Since I was the one that wanted her, my parents practiced and emphasized the principle of me being completely responsible for her. Therefore, at a young age I became accustomed to setting time aside for her daily walks and meals on top of whatever I have going on in my schedule. I also frequently cat sit for my personal friends outside of Rover and have always received overwhelmingly positive rave reviews. I've cat sat a lot so am experienced with different breeds of cat and especially their different personalities along with the owners preferences too. For example, one of my clients left me with her cat for two weeks and only checked in once. However, another client was only gone for three days and would ask me to send videos and pictures of her cats, which I happily did. I work from home so it's easy for me to set aside time in my schedule for pets - whether it be walks, play time, or meals. I have a VERY large fenced back yard that can easily accommodate a few dogs of various sizes, though it is probably best for medium to big dogs in case a super small dog like a chihuahua finds a hole in the fence. There is also a huge common area inside the house, but I would leave the dog in their crate if they were to be in the common area when I'm not home. I am also very active, so multiple walks daily is something I look forward to. I provide loving, attentive care in my home where dogs can relax, play, and feel like part of the family. I am home throughout the day, so your pup gets plenty of companionship and attention instead of being left alone for long periods. One of the things that makes my home special is the large, securely fenced yard, where guests can enjoy supervised outdoor time, play, explore, and get some exercise. I never leave dogs outside unattended. I've been caring for dogs for 32 years, and I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. I'll follow your instructions and keep your dog's normal routine as much as possible. 💕 My goal I want you to be able to enjoy your trip, vacation, or time away without worrying about your dog. When you pick them up, my hope is that you'll feel like they had a little vacation of their own. Every guest is family, and I treat them that way. 🐾 I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.

She has great tips on how to handle our dog’s anxiety and she works with our dog. Shontels patience is beautiful. Our little chihuahua basil can be noisy when anxious. Not once did Shontel make us feel like basil was a burden. She gave good tips and found what calmed basil down. Ensuring a healthy environment. She walked basils regularly and some and really treats her pets she sits like her family. I also love how accepting her kitties are to our basil.”
About: We’ve raised our dog since he was 6 months old and have put in hours of training with certified specialists. Experienced in anxious, reactive dogs, administering medication, wound care, flexible needs and more. We have a dog at home and will love yours like we love our own. Not huge advocates of the dog park so you can expect your pet to receive lots of 1:1 time and walks. If your dog will be left unsupervised we’ll let you know up front. Safety and well being is our top priority. We both work from home so your furry friend will always be with someone. We do a minimum of 2 walks a day, with lots of play and cuddles during the day. Exercise will typically look like a long walk or running around off-leash in a gated area with our dog Nike. We have a spacious two bedroom apartment with a gated outdoor paved area for running around. We often walk around the neighborhood so you can count on your dog getting regular walks. The majority of your dogs ‘s time will be spent in our second bedroom/dedicated pet area and/or on the couch lounging with us.
