“We had an exceptional experience with Genki while we were away for a long weekend. They took great care of our two cats and dog, and we couldn't be more pleased. During our time away, Genki kept us updated and was very responsive, which gave us peace of mind. They followed all our instructions perfectly, including feeding schedules, routines, and specific needs for each of our pets. We highly recommend Genki for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter. We will definitely book them again in the future.”

“Truly one of the sweetest souls who will care for your babies like they’re her own! She would send pics throughout the day and update me while I was gone for a week and that helped alleviate my anxiety so much!”

“Tiara was wonderful to work with — very communicative, attentive, and kind. She took great notes during our walkthrough, was excellent with our pets (including handling their medication), and sent lots of thoughtful updates and photos while we were away. We felt completely at ease knowing our pets were in such good hands and would happily book her again.”

“Jayla is the perfect Rover. We were scared to leave Luca but immediately knew he was in good hands. You can tell she loves animals and treated Luca like her own. We’re happy to now have someone we can trust with Luca.”

“Mia did a great job caring for Wiley over the weekend! She was very thorough and made sure she understood Wiley's routine. During the sit she updated us with photos and notes about the day. When we got home our pup was happy and at ease ✨Thanks Mia for taking such great care of Wiley!”

“Gaelen and Shenelle were life-savers watching our pets over the holidays! We needed last-minute help, and they were great. Very communicative, caring, and thoughtful — great sitters for our dog and cats alike. Highly recommend.”

“I have 2 very particular, very sensitive large dogs who each require very different things. One of my dogs is a 130lb fearful Great Dane, and the other is an overconfident but aging and increasingly insecure 90lb Great Pyrenees/Boxer mix, so there's a whole lot of dog going on here! I always dread moving to a new neighborhood and having to find new pet sitters, but Charley & Hap made things way less stressful. I was away on a work trip and had Charley & Hap stay in my home with my dogs to reduce the number of different variables my dogs would have to deal with while I'm gone. They not only did a great job looking after my dogs, but they also left my home in the exact condition I left it. I'm grateful for their care and attention to detail and I'm looking forward to having them care for my dogs again. Thanks so much!”

“Elena was amazing with our pups! She spent so much time with them and kept them active. She was great at communicating and would highly recommend her to any of our loved ones or friends!”

“Excellent! I was so nervous to leave my rescue for a whole week only a few months after adopting, but Hope made me feel secure and confident that my dog Luna was well taken care of! As soon as Luna saw her, she got SO excited and happy - she only reacts that way when meeting very special people! Hope sent plenty of pics, was an active communicator, and I came back to a tidy home and a happy happy dog.”

“We had Don watch our 3 year old dog for 3 nights and 4 days. He was absolutely the perfect sitter. He arrived at 5:30AM so we could have our dog be with him while we headed to the airport to relieve any anxiety and stayed until 7:00PM so we could get back not too late with our dog being alone. Don was very kind, sweet, and attentive towards our dog. He asked for a detailed item list for his stay, he sent us a ton of photos and videos without us having to always ask, and reached out to help clean up sheets, vacuum, take the trash out before his stay ended. You can tell he has a passion for dogs and truly enjoys spending time with them. I would highly recommend Don if you are looking to enjoy your vacation or time away and want to feel like you can trust someone to make your dog happy. We look forward to hiring him again next time we are out of town. He will be our first choice in sitters moving forward.”

“Anna was so sweet and was very good at keeping me updated on Opal! I also really appreciated the flexibility as my booking was quite last minute. Thanks for everything Anna :)”

About: Hello! My name is Dylan and I can’t wait to meet you and your pet! I’ve been around animals my whole life, such as tortoises, rabbits, and goats, but the majority of my experience is with dogs and cats. I have experience working with senior dogs, dogs with rear wheelchairs, brachycephalic dog breeds, and nursing cats, as well as administering topical and oral medications and bottle feeding. I also have aquatic animal handling experience from volunteering at the Cabrillo Aquarium. Additionally, I am Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. Leaving a pet with someone new can be stressful for you and your pet, so I do my best to make both of you feel comfortable by sending daily photos and creating accommodations for your pet. I work Monday through Thursday, so I typically only board dogs during weekends, but I board cats Monday through Sunday. During weekends, I can take dogs out as often as they need, whether that be twice or five times—whatever meets your pet's needs! I have experience with both visiting clients and boarding pets in my own home. Every pet is different, so specialized care is my priority, along with respecting your property. In my own home, I allow pets on furniture and the bed to maximize their comfort. Most pets love my bean bag chair! When I am pet-sitting in your home, I have a "leave-no-trace" policy and try to leave it cleaner than when I arrived if applicable!
“Max was so great, and really helped us out during a difficult time! He was very caring and attentive to our disabled dog that was recovering from recent IVDD surgery on her back. The communication was excellent, and he was very understanding of the situation, and went above and beyond to accommodate minor changes in our schedule. It was such a relief to find him, and we highly recommend him!”

“Amazing with my dogs, who can get anxious with change and have a lot of energy. She is respectful, kind, and sets boundaries with them very well. By the end of the weekend they were relaxing with her! I trust her with my house & dogs immensely and will continue to request her services whenever I need them! 10/10, A+, highly recommended.”

“Absolutely the best service. She checked on my dogs after a questionable sitter situation and made sure they were safe and comfortable. She was patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond — leaving treats and even tidying up my living room. Highly recommend!”

“Thank you Samantha for taking care of Pablo and staying with him over the holidays!! Thank you also for washing the sheets, loading the dishwasher, and tidying up, even though you didn’t have to do that. It was nice to come home to a clean home!”
“Dominique was amazing with my anxious old man. He usually takes time to warm up to new sitters but it seems like he felt comfortable right away. I got lots of picture and video updates and came home to a clean house and happy dog!”

“Jami did an amazing job watching our two boys (dogs) while we were away for a long weekend. She texted us frequent updates and a lot of photos. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family!”

“Prabha took amazing care of our fur baby! She is very easy to communicate with and asked all the right questions about our preferred care for our dog. While we were away she sent us adorable photos and updates ❤️ We will 100% book with Prabha again, as well as recommend her care to our friends and family!”

LaTamarra is a phenomenal sitter. My canine companion Isabella and I can’t sing her praises enough. Our last sitting session saw LaTamarra not only show her professionalism and personal care to my pooch but she also extended it to me. She is truly an extension of our family. My dog experiences separation anxiety in her absence. I highly recommend her but only on dates that I don’t need her.

Charlotte is a gem! Talk about going above and beyond and being patient. I am extremely happy with her dedication and working with me when some unexpected obstacles cropped up. Kamina and Kiki are 100% happy campers, and that is due to Charlotte's attention and skills. I am always nervous to leave them, and coming home to happy cats is the bee’s knees! I will definitely rebook when our schedules match up in the future.

Stephanie watched my puppy at my apartment while I was at the doctor's, which made my puppy super comfortable, especially since she has separation anxiety. I could tell Stephanie was really comfortable with my yappy miniature schnauzer. I could tell they had a good time because Stephanie sent photos the whole time. Plus my puppy took a long nap as soon as I got back and settled. She was definitely a tired pup. Thanks, Stephanie!

Danielle has done it again. My pitbull Spaceman is not for a novice sitter. While great with other people he can be reactive with other dogs, but Danielle knows exactly what to do and never has an issue with him. He is also high energy and requires quite a bit of outside play time as well as wants to “tug” and play in the house all day. And she doesn’t skip a beat. When we get home from these trips spaceman seems as happy as ever my home is left clean near and organized and everything is exactly how I left it. She is my go to for sure. Thanks Danielle!!

Chloe was amazing. Since I have a senior dog who needs a bit of extra care, she paid attention to all the little details and made sure Brownie was comfortable the whole time. She was patient and gentle with her, which really put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals, and I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust with Brownie. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and reliable sitter.

Definitely went above and beyond. Took great care of my dog as he had a diarrhea attack and took great care of him and kept me up to date along the way. Updated his diet to make him better. Absolutely would hire him again. (And I likely will if you are available as I travel a lot)
