About: I’ve had a genuine love and patience for animals since I was very young. Throughout my lifetime, I’ve had 3 dogs, 2 turtles, a foster cat and a hummingbird. My first dog was a Rottweiler and he was a handful. He taught me responsibility and how to care for a pet with special needs. I adopted my second dog from a kill shelter in North Carolina and my life has only changed for the better. She required orthopedic surgery at age 2 which provided opportunities for me to learn and improve on administering care, post-surgery, as well as administering oral medications. Meet Marley: I have one pup named Marley. She's a Chihuahua-Beagle mix, 14 years old, spayed, and 25lbs. She's super chill, quiet and keeps to herself. She plays well with and gets along with other dogs. She enjoys lounging and is up to date on her shots. She's able to adjust well to guest dogs. I take her for long walks in the park in my neighborhood. What to bring: Please bring anything and everything that will make your pup's stay the most comfortable. You are welcome to bring your dog's bed, their toys, doggy bags, treats and some extra food (too much is always better than not enough!)

For boarding, all of us have lots of experience with dogs and cats, and mom and dad are also well-experienced with parrots and rodents. Our large, 4,000+ square foot backyard is accessible to your pets at all times and is fully fenced. Mom and dad are available for walks. Mom is available for housesitting, caring for your pet(s) where they already feel safe and comfortable. We live 20 minutes from LAX and are available for airport park-and-drive as well. Dogs have access to our 4,000 sq foot backyard throughout the day, and we reserve evenings and weekends for connecting with our pet guests. Dad works full-time, Mom works from home at times, and sons go to school/camp. In home: we have a sizeable backyard that is fully fenced in. Our single family home is located on a safe block in a nice neighborhood. We provide balls and toys to play with, as well as two active children who love playing with and cuddling animals, and are very attentive to your pet's needs! We like to take our visitors on excursions to parks and on lots of walks. We have no pets of our own (except 1 immortal Betta fish), so your pet(s) will get so much fun and attention!
