From the meet and greet through both visits, I felt like my kitties were in thoughtful, caring hands. I didn't worry once while I was gone. Colleen sent lovely photos from each visit, including one of my shyest cat making biscuits on day one! She was flexible with scheduling, and even took the trash out on trash day, which wasn't something I'd mentioned in my (very lengthy) cat-sitting notes.
