About: I've had pets of my own all my life. I've loved taking care of them and now I work at a pet hotel as a night attendant caring for all the pets while their parents are away. I'd love more opportunities to interact with pets outside of my main job. Keeping pet and their parents at ease and happy is what I strive for! I have a cat of my own who is very independent but she also has my significant other around as they work from home. I currently work Tuesdays and Wednesdays overnights with some day shifts added in when needed. I will have plenty of time other than that to check in on your pets and offer walks. I'm always looking to meet new fur friends! I do not. I have an apartment and only my cat is allowed inside per my rental agreement. Or else I'd id have loved to have your pets in my home!

About: I’ve owned 3 dogs of my own in my life. Dog’s always gravitate towards me! My Friends and Family call me the dog whisper! I genuinely love spending time with dogs so it’s more of a view (when you love what you do it doesn’t feel like work!) About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was little. I have experience primarily with small to medium dogs, but am working to expand towards larger breeds. Growing up I had a Basset Hound(Watson), And 4 cats(Cinco,Tigger,Penny,Lucy). For the cats I would change their litter boxes, and refill their food and water bowls. Some nights I would read a book while Cinco would lay on my legs. For Watson I would Take him outside to potty, and I'd play "chase" in the backyard till he tired out. I am currently unemployed so Pet-care is my #1 priority. Please refer to my availability schedule listed on my profile for appointment openings. Schedule may change, will update if it does. I prefer to discuss with my clients a prepared care plan for house-sitting. This usually includes: What times are best for meals? Favorite toys? How often should they be taken on walks? These are just examples, I like to have personalized care plans for each of my client's pets.

About: I’ve basically lived in a zoo since I was a child, ha! My family always had a variety of animals, including dogs and cats. I’m new to Rover, but have so much love for animals! I’m a doctoral graduate student, but on summer break! My availability is pretty open, and I’m always happy to spend time with fur babies! My dogs are completely spoiled! They’re family members and treated as such. Plenty of loving, belly rubs, and I’m a proud professional ear scritcher! They sleep inside (usually on top of me in some way). I walk them both daily, but it’s usually more like they walk me, ha! Also, my youngest has separation anxiety and my older dog is completely terrified of loud noises (fireworks, cars backfiring, etc.), so I’m also very patient with dogs that need a little bit of extra love and care.

About: I’m planning to pursue a pre-veterinary path in college, and I’ve had the opportunity to intern at a local animal hospital where I gained hands-on experience in a professional pet care setting. Through this internship, I learned how to monitor animal behavior and it has given me exposure to a variety of breeds & personalities. In addition to my clinical experience, I’ve grown up caring for my own dog who has now passed and have pet sat for family friends’ dogs. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering basic medications, and running/walking energetic dogs (my pup was a puller) My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while giving owners peace of mind knowing their animals are in capable and caring hands. I am now on summer before I start college at the end of Sept, so my schedule is very open and flexible! I drive my own car so transportation will never be an issue. I live in a gated community in a three-story townhome, which does include stairs. For dogs staying in my home, I always monitor pets closely and keep a clean, pet-friendly environment. However, I typically prefer house sitting in a client’s home, as it allows pets to remain in their familiar space and routine. I find that most animals feel less stressed when they can stay in their own environment, and I’m committed to maintaining their normal schedule, safety, and comfort.
