Lissi was great with Uno. She definitely went above and beyond with taking care of Uno. She was very communicative and responded very quickly when we set up the appointments. She took her time to let Uno feel comfortable and sent the best videos and pictures! We were also very happy that she was able to administer a daily pill. We would be happy to book Lissi again.

Shana is great! I hired her to take care of our tortoises that live outside while we were gone for 9 days. Not only did they need daily food and water, but their house also needed to be cleaned regularly. They’re pretty large tortoises so they also make big messes. I knew right away during our meet and greet that Lola was going to be in the very best care with Madeleine. While Lola is already a super friendly cat, she warmed up to Madeleine instantly — it was the sweetest thing to see! Madeleine’s updates were wonderful and so frequent that I never once worried. It was clear from every message and picture that Lola was not only happy and well cared for, but truly loved. Sunny is usually afraid of strangers, but she immediately warmed up to Jennifer .
