Loving full-time pet sitter!
Hello! My name is Andrea and I am an experienced pet caretaker, ready to assist! I have one very friendly Aussie mix named Kershaw who is 9 years old. Before and after his adoption in 2016, I fostered pets through local rescues where I learned quite a bit about caring for animals with different personalities and medical histories. I began providing pet sitting services several years ago and fell in love with the job! For families seeking drop in visits or walks, your pet will receive my undivided attention for the session. I will be sure to give them lots of love! I make every minute count with your pet and spend my time with them according to their unique personality. For the energetic, I will engage in play throughout the drop-in or pick up the pace for their walk! Then there are the easy going and mellow who would prefer a long snuggle on the couch, I can do that too! My own pup is older and a stage 5 clinger, he is happy as a clam just laying next to me with some belly scritches. Have a shy fur baby? No worries! I am great with slow introductions and lots of treat bribery 😉

Safety, trust & environment
I am very serious about safety. The last thing anyone wants is a lost pet. You can rest assured I keep dogs on a secure leash anytime we exit your property (should the need arise). I am cautious when opening and closing doors and gates, as I know some pets can be darters, especially in new situations or with new humans. I will only feed owner provided food and snacks, and I always review other care instructions carefully during a Meet & Greet.

Andrea was my first candidate through Rover. I had a last minute cancellation by a friend and so in desperation I opened up the Rover app and found Andrea ☀️ I am so glad I did. I believe meeting Andrea has opened up a whole new world of travel freedom for myself. Andrea answered my query immediately, with joyful candor. We were able to immediately set up an appointment to meet and that appointment went so well! She made this new venture so easy. I was unsure about bringing someone new into my home but my concern was immediately quelled by her professional decorum, her understanding of the job at hand, and her authentic kindness. Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and plan with my clients' needs in mind. My routine is simple and I have ample time throughout my day to dedicate to pet caretaking. I am currently a full-time pet sitter!
Prices include all fees.
