I’ve had pets since as long as I could remember. Right now, I have 3 babies that are my whole world. My dog, Chloe, is 17yrs and she’s been in my life since I was 6 years old. My rabbit, Eevee, was dumped and abandoned at a nearby field, and I found her while on a walk. She’s been with me for nearly 3yrs now. Then came my cat, Ponyo, and I’ve had her since she was a kitten, she will be 3yrs in July. I have always loved animals more than people, even more than myself, to be honest. I see every single pet, even ones that aren’t mine, as family, and equally deserving of love and respect. Update: My baby Chloe has recently passed and I am extremely heartbroken. She was my soulmate. I miss her everyday. Grief is love with nowhere to go. If given the opportunity to care for your pet I would not only be helping you but you would be helping me as well.
