Sunny is usually afraid of strangers, but she immediately warmed up to Jennifer . Jennifer was asked to administer a complicated set of instructions for care of sunny, including handling medication and specific food. She did this very well and we are well pleased with her.

She was very responsive, paid close attention to detail, and kept me updated throughout my vacation, which really helped ease my worries. When she arrived at my house, one of the smoke detectors was going off and she made sure the house was safe before leaving my pets at home alone.
