“Jessica became besties with my sweet kitty in no time! She provided excellent service, treated my baby like a little princess, and shared the most adorable photos! She’s super responsive and very professional.”

“I booked Sue for a last-minute trip, and she was quick to respond and took wonderful care of my cat, Oreo. He’s usually independent, but he absolutely adored Sue and would look forward to her visits! I’m so grateful for her care and would gladly have her watch Oreo anytime.”

“Lindsey was amazing! She took great care of Copper. She followed all the instructions. She even went above and beyond by keeping in contact, with us and even playing with our dog.”

“Lissi is a wonderful sitter! She took care of our senior pup like her own for 2 weeks while we were away. Our pup loves her and so comfortable with her. She’s punctual and did everything written on the care instructions. She sent us updated pictures and videos throughout the drop-in which we really appreciated. Whenever we have a trip next time, we would definitely book her again. Thank you”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 9! I provide reliable, personalized pet care with experience handling puppies, senior pets, medication administration, routine reinforcement, exercise, and regular updates for owners. I am currently a college student! So I would have time to check in on the baby’s, have some fun walks, and make sure everyone is safe and sound. At home, I have two small dogs they are both maltese boys. I make sure they are fed on time, have their daily walks, and I spend quality time with them! I sometimes even like to take them shopping. I would be willing to cater to whatever the pup/owner wants!
About: Through the years, I’ve taken every opportunity possible to care for the pets of family and friends. I’ve cat-sat, dog-sat, walked dogs, even walked cats in a stroller! My childhood dog was a lab mix named Oreo. She was the most wonderful dog, and I feel incredibly lucky that I got to spend the first 16 years of my life with her. She was a senior dog who required frequent assistance for the last four years of her life. I changed her dog diapers, gave her medication, applied skin ointment daily, etc. Whether it’s puppies or seniors, I’m happy to give them more attention and assistance. I have a dog named Fiona, who is a German Shepherd/Husky mix. I also have a cat named Fish. They are both incredibly high energy, so I definitely understand the importance of walks and play to get all those zoomies out! I have learned through my pets and others that they are all unique in their own ways. No two are the same, each has their own needs and personality. I love learning all their quirks, and I can’t wait to learn about your furry friends too! I’m currently a college student, but I am taking flexible, online courses. This means more time for me and your four-legged family members to play, walk, and have fun! As long as I’m left detailed and thorough instructions, I can care for a majority of dogs or cats 24/7. The only thing I cannot do is administer injectable medication. Every pet has different needs, so please be descriptive of what exactly your furry friends need for me to keep them happy and healthy :)
About: Hi there, my husband and I are both all-around pet lovers. We have 3 friendly (sometimes scardy) cats (Sadie, Canelo, & Ryder). Pets will have the freedom to get comfortable to their space play and run around. I will follow whatever food regimen and schedule that you have for them and ensure that their safety and comfort is priority. I make sure that my pets are taken care of despite what my work schedule looks like. I will care for pets in your home, or my home as if they were my own. I’ve never cared for a pet with special needs like medication, but I’m willing to learn. I’ll make sure that they’re comfort and safety is priority along with having fun.

About: I have taken care of fur babies since I was in my 20s when I adopted my first cat (Irie) and then shortly after a dog (Chula) too. They were my first fur baby loves on this earth. I could sit and watch them play for hours because they became besties for life. They will be deeply missed but will always be my first fur baby loves. I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies. I am available all week days and weekends! I live in a home with a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to get energy out! My doggos staya indoors (we have central A/C) unless we are home then they will come outside and enjoy the backyard with us. We live in a calm neighborhood with 3 parks around us that the doggos love walking too and running off leash. I can also accomidate doggos who are crate training.
About: I was recently accepted to Cornell University for veterinary school and have some time to spare for your fur babies before I leave in August! I worked one year for a nonprofit veterinary service called CAMP clinics and another year at an emergency and specialty medicine pet hospital. At home I own a sweet Labrador retriever named Luna and a sassy hamster named Davinci. I am comfortable with giving oral medications if your pet is able to take them in a treat without being restrained. ✨ New to Rover? Use code NATALV52479 for $20 off your first booking ✨ I am free until August, but will be going to Asia from April 14th-June 10th (with some weeks in May that I will be back) as a final trip before starting vet school. Besides those dates I am fully available to help care for your pet whenever convenient for you. I love taking my dog for a walk in the park or playing tug of war/fetch in the evenings. I have a very active dog and would love to play with yours! I understand that dogs may have certain anxieties regarding their surroundings or other people/animals and take great care to make sure they are comfortable and properly cared for.

I great with handling them and making sure they are under control. I would like to add I am a student and hopefully you would have to work with my schedule. About: I’ve grown up around animals and have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I worked at a dog kennel for a couple of years, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. These days, I have a one year old golden retriever with lots of energy! My favorite part of my day is taking her on our daily walks. Walking your dog will add to my joy and I will make sure each walk is not just exercise, but something your dog truly enjoys. I’m comfortable with all breeds and love how even a short walk can make a dog’s day better. Whether your pup needs a brisk outing or a slower stroll, I’ll make sure they’re happy and well taken care of! I’m currently working part-time and would love to spend my free days getting outside with some happy pups—whether they’re full of energy or prefer a slower pace. I have confidence in all dog breeds and am capable of walking all sizes and ages of dogs. I only do dog walking-no dog sitting.

“Bronte took a last-minute booking to look after our cat Pacho, which we really appreciated. She had no issues handling his picky eating and daily routine. She is reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. We would recommend her without hesitation to other pet parents!”

“We were so grateful to have Jennylyn take care of our cat while we were out of town. She responded to our messages promptly and kept us updated with regular photos and reports. Our cat can be quite sassy, mischievous, and not always friendliest, but Jennylyn was very patient and handled things wonderfully. We felt at easy knowing our cat was in great hands. We'd definitely book with Jennylyn again and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.”

Jennifer was a fantastic sitter for my animals while I was on an extended vacation. Not only did she provide detailed descriptions for each visit and plenty of very well shot pictures, but she also brought in unexpected deliveries instead of leaving everything on the porch. I will definitely use her again!

This is my second time booking with Asmita to take care of my two cats, and once again, she provided amazing service. She is very easy to work with, attentive, and always made sure my cats were well taken care of. She regularly refilled their water, followed all of my requests and instructions, and even helped take care of my mail and packages, which I truly appreciated. What I appreciated the most was the constant updates through pictures and videos, which gave me peace of mind while traveling and being away from my cats. Most importantly, she spent quality time with them and made them feel comfortable and cared for. I will definitely continue working with Asmita whenever I travel, and her service has always been 100%.

OMG! I cannot even BEGIN to say how GRATEFUL I AM to have Jessica watch my furbabies! This is my 1st time using Rover & I wasn't worried for one MINUTE that they weren't in the BEST CARE! She made sure my guy got his insulin shots on TIME & even THOUGH the Princessa didn't HONOR Jessica with her presence, she was still so happy to see me when I got home & was no worse for wear! I would recommend her to anyone looking for caring, responsible person to take care of your precious babies, Jessica is it! You won't regret it!
I wanted to tip more but the app limited me? Brionna did a great job and she really helped out by picking up a few more days when I was stuck in Barbados airport with all flights canceled for 3days! Crazy East Coast weather! I recommend using her services as she is professional and thorough. Thank you Brionna!

We love Candy! Candy did great taking care of my kitten and my medically complicated rat. She was able to perform more complicated medical tasks for the rat without difficulty. My pets loved her and she went above and beyond, even stopping to check on my roof to make sure it wasn’t leaking during the rainstorm.

Whitney is the best! So sweet with the animals, and very communicative and sweet with us, too😄 We used her for drop-in kitty visits this time (we use dog walking as well), and will definitely use her again. Whitney makes traveling and being away from the animals very easy.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
