They sent daily updates with how she was doing along with many pictures and videos. I know she was probably anxious and nervous the first few nights, but I could clearly tell Mike & Jahyung went out of their way to help Robin feel comfortable and at home - I really appreciated this! The house is extremely clean and it has a large backyard that can be accessed at any time by the dogs. They also have their own dog Bendy who's very friendly and calm. Robin doesn't usually do very well with other dogs but it seems like her and Bendy really got along. She looked great and healthy when I picked her up and I feel more comfortable using the service again in the future - hopefully with Mike & Jahyung!”

“This was the first time I left my two little furry ones with anyone other than my mom, so needless to say, I was quite nervous. A big part of my concern was because one of my dogs does not do well with most humans or other pets besides his brother. Veronica kindly agreed to do a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure my dogs were comfortable with her and that it was a good fit both ways. By the end of the meeting, the dog I was most worried about had completely warmed up to her and was rolling onto his back so she could rub his belly! I was so thankful knowing they would be comfortable staying with her for the five days I was away. About: When I was in kindergarten, after a few years of wearing down my parents, I received for Christmas a built-in best friend. I was the primary caregiver for my cat since I received him, making sure he regularly went to the vet, taking great care to brush him everyday, and ensuring he was fed and had a clean litter box. I love cats so much, and as soon as I was old enough, I began helping out in our local animal shelter. I helped socialize the kittens, and made sure the older cats felt loved too. About: My dream since I was a young child was to own a huge piece of land and rescue every animal that needed a home. That's not reality for me, but that's my heart. I've taken care of a variety of animals and dog breeds since I was young. I've trained puppies and cats as well as walked many dogs through their senior years. I did do in home care for 5 years so I understand most caretaking needs I currently help with my sister's 2 6 year old chocolate labs and 9 year old Jack Russell terrier. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have one dog, and three cats at the moment. I love how they show their love and how they can really brighten up our days. I work at a school as an instructional assistant. So the pet care will have to be before and after work. I have weekends off. I care for my pets at home by walking my dog, playing outside with my dog, playing inside with my cats and their toys, they love the laser toy. I feed my animals morning and night and sometimes they get an afternoon snack. I love to relax with them on the couch while watching TV. I also allow them on my bed when it’s time to go to sleep.

About: I have an incredible passion for animals , but specially dogs, I’ve owned many and took care of many, when I have the chance I go to doggy shelters just to spend time with them & when I find stray dogs I take them in and take care of them until I can take it to the shelter or find a new home for it. About: Hello and welcome! I’m a case manager looking to make some extra money on the side. I grew up with dogs all my life and currently have one adorable papillon mix. I recently became a cat mom of two precious cats and have been loving it. I volunteered at an animal shelter in high school and mainly did dog walking and grooming there. I have experience with fostering cats/kittens for a about 2 years now. I love long walks and dogs of all sizes although, I have more experience handling those on the smaller side. Also, I love playing and looking after cats! I'm more than happy to take on special request and provide any sort of accommodation. During one of the most stressful and uncertain situations our family has experienced, he stepped in and helped us in a way that went far beyond simply watching our dogs. We had to suddenly evacuate due to a chemical leak and were scrambling to find care for our pups at the last minute, with no idea how long we would be displaced. Bernard responded almost immediately and took such a huge weight off our shoulders during a time that felt chaotic and overwhelming. We originally booked for four days because we had no idea when we’d be allowed to return home. When our evacuation was thankfully lifted earlier than expected, I reached out to Bernard and without hesitation he was incredibly understanding and flexible. He immediately adjusted our booking and even waived the cancellation fee! something that meant so much to us during an already stressful time. Throughout everything, he sent us pictures and videos of our pups and made sure we knew they were happy, safe, and being cared for. Seeing them relaxed and enjoying his big backyard brought us such comfort when we needed it most. Bernard didn’t just provide pet sitting, he provided kindness, compassion, reassurance, and peace of mind during a moment when our family really needed it. “Definitely a 5-star experience. Corinne was super responsive and answered all my questions that made me feel comfortable to book. I can definitely say this meet was meant to be. This was my first time leaving my pup, Chanel, with someone new - let alone a new place for several days. (She is super friendly, but since always with me, will cry if she sees me leave her.) As soon as we walked up to their home, Chanel was super curious and happy to go inside, greeting them both with such excitement. They both made me feel at ease. Their beautiful home was perfect for her - with a big bed, toys, and a nice and spacious back yard. I loved the several updates and pictures that were sent to me; it brought so much smiles to see Chanel being such a good girl, and being cared for like they did.
