About: I’ve grown up in a dog loving family, from having as many as 5 dogs to being a single dog fam for a while. Always been a sucker for big dogs as i've owned alaskan malamutes, bernese mountain dogs and currently have a newfoundland. i also have had breeds like corgis and pom pom mixes and currently have a pitbull bull terrier mix & a shepsky as well! i’ve cared for neighbors smaller breeds while they’re out of town taking them on walks, feeding and just hanging out with them for periods of time. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns! Can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies 😁🩵 My day job is super flexible so everyday looks a little different for me. The longest i’d be gone at any point in time would be 3-4 hours with a heads up as I care for my dogs as well! 😁 If thats an issue please reach out to me and we can figure something out that works best for everyone! always make sure doors and gates are closed/ secured when they’re supposed to be, i’m a very attentive and detail oriented person so I like making sure everything is as it’s supposed to be! The more instructions the better I can tailor my visit to your pets!!!!

About: I have had many years experience of taking care of many types of cats and dogs, young and old. I always ensure a thorough job well done, as a pet parent and someone who empathizes with both you and your fur baby, I do my best to make this Rover process of letting another person care for your babe as easy as I possibly can. When I have a responsibility to you and your pet, it is my main priority! My schedule works around yours. I manage my own small business, and work pet sitting. I have so much free time and much more TLC to give. While you're on vacation or a work trip, give me some work to do and let me kittysit for you. While I'm taking care of your fur baby, you'll get tons of photos of them having a good time, napping, eating, and going for walks (if they're a dog). I live in an upstairs apartment with a single roommate who owns a small male dog(neutered), and I own a male cat(neutered). I'll be watching over and caring for your fur baby in comfort and safety. Theyll have access to their food, water fountain, and their own bathroom. Your baby will be kept clean! We don't like germs or dirt. If they want company and cuddles it's always welcomed, so I make sure to maintain a healthy environment for all. I do not put animals and crates unless if I'm instructed otherwise. I do recommend bringing a little bed and toy for your pup if theyll be staying over night.

I work for myself with a small clothing business and I also care for my school age child and occasionally volunteer at the school. This makes my schedule fairly flexible In my own home, all 3 of my cats are up to date on all shots and flea treatments. They are all chipped and neutered. About: I approach pet care with the understanding that every animal is different—whether they’re energetic, shy, routine-driven, or need a little extra patience. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality so they feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. I have hands-on experience caring for pets with more complex needs. One of my own cats is on anxiety medication, so I’m very comfortable administering oral meds in a calm, low-stress way and paying close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, and mood. More recently, my family dog went through a three-month battle with cancer, where I was actively involved in adjusting care routines, monitoring comfort, and providing consistent, attentive support. That experience deepened my ability to respond thoughtfully to pets who need extra care, patience, and flexibility. I’ve also grown up in a household with up to 12 pets at one time, so multitasking and providing individualized attention is second nature to me. I’m confident managing different routines, energy levels, and personalities all at once. I’m highly detail-oriented and reliable, so you can trust that feeding schedules, routines, and any specific instructions will be followed carefully. I also prioritize communication—I provide consistent updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. Above all, I treat every pet like they’re my own: with patience, respect, and a genuine investment in their comfort and happiness. As a Ph.D. student, I have a flexible and structured schedule that allows me to consistently incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I plan my days around responsibilities, which makes it easy for me to prioritize visits, walks, and check-ins without feeling rushed. Caring for my own cats is already a big part of my daily life, so feeding schedules, playtime, cleaning, and monitoring behavior are second nature to me. Adding in pet care for others fits seamlessly into that routine. I’m also intentional about not overbooking, so I can give each pet the time and attention they deserve. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening visits, I’m able to show up consistently and stick to your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. Overall, pet care isn’t something I “fit in”—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and able to build my schedule around. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow your instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or specific habits your pet is used to—so they feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I’m very respectful of your home and make sure everything is kept clean, organized, and exactly how you left it. I’m also attentive to the details that matter, like monitoring eating habits, energy levels, and behavior, so I can quickly notice if anything seems off. Overall, I aim to create a calm, reliable presence so your pet feels safe, cared for, and as comfortable as possible in their own home.

About: Hi! I’m someone who genuinely understands that your dog isn’t “just a pet” they’re family, routine, and emotional security all in one. I specialize in safe, structured, and attentive walks that match your dog’s personality, energy level, and needs. Whether your dog is high energy and needs to burn it out, or more relaxed and prefers a slower pace, I adjust every walk accordingly. I’m extremely reliable, communicative, and detail-focused meaning you’ll always know: When your dog was walked How they behaved Any changes I notice (energy, mood, appetite, etc.) I don’t just “walk dogs.” I observe, adapt, and care — so you can feel fully at ease while you’re away. Comfortable with different temperaments (shy, reactive, high-energy) Strong attention to safety (leash control, surroundings, consistency) Respect your routines and instructions exactly Quick updates + photos after walks Calm, patient, and dependable energy I understand that hiring someone for your dog requires trust, not just availability. My goal is to become someone both you and your dog feel comfortable with long-term not just a one-time walker. If you’re looking for someone who is consistent, attentive, and genuinely cares about your dog’s well-being, I’d love to help. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m happy to meet and make sure it’s the right fit. Hiring a pet sitter you trust that your dog loves only to lose or see they are overbooked is annoying. I run my own business so I have a lot of availability and reliability. I currently own my own sound healing and reiki business and I make candles and oils and I work from home. I also do part time web design. I am responsible, detail oriented and I will prioritize your pets safety at all times and provide pictures and transparency. I am a great communicator and will make sure your pet feels safe & cared for.

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that my experience comes from real, long-term responsibility rather than short-term or occasional care. I’ve cared for my own dog for over ten years, since I was in eighth grade, and that journey has taught me patience, consistency, and how to recognize a dog’s needs as they grow and age. I’ve also helped walk and care for a neighbor’s dog for several years, building trust and reliability until they passed away. Most importantly, I genuinely care about animals and their well-being. My long-term goal is to work in the canine unit, so I take pet care seriously and treat every animal with respect, attentiveness, and compassion—not just as a job, but as something I truly value. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life because caring for my dog has been part of my routine for over ten years. I got him when I was in middle school so throughout every stage of his life, I’ve learned how to meet his specific needs—from proper feeding and regular walks to understanding his health, behavior, and age-related changes. Over time, I’ve gained knowledge about dogs that goes beyond basic care, allowing me to be attentive, patient, and proactive in supporting his well-being every day. I care for pets both in my home and outside of my home because I genuinely value their well-being and understand how much they depend on consistent, compassionate care. Having cared for my own dog for over ten years, I’ve learned how important patience, routine, and attentiveness are to an animal’s health and happiness. That experience has made me naturally mindful and responsible when caring for other pets as well, whether it’s providing basic needs, emotional comfort, or recognizing signs that something may be off.

About: I have been dog walking and sitting through another app for over 6 years and have experience with hundreds of dogs and other animals. I have worked with puppies, seniors, as well as pups with health challenges. Nothing can stop me from giving the best individualized care for each doggo that I come across. I do work full time Monday-Friday but am available for early morning or evening walks. I have no issues with overnight stays for pet sittings and am usually free on weekends! I reside in a duplex that has a fenced in backyard as well as grass for our visitor's needs. I do not have pets of my own so there would not typically be another animal present to worry about.

During the day, your pup will enjoy: A large, secure backyard to play and explore Access to the garage for shade and cozy resting spots Friendly company from Sosa and Lola A peaceful, relaxed environment until we return from work We also encourage you to send your dog’s favorite bed or blanket to help them feel even more at home. ⭐ Drop-off as early as 7 AM ⭐ Pick-up available after 6 PM We treat every dog like part of our family, and our goal is to make sure your pup feels comfortable, happy, and cared for during their stay. We start our mornings with feeding, potty breaks, and backyard playtime before school and work. In the evenings, we spend time outside again for exercise, attention, and downtime together as a family. Any visiting pup easily becomes part of this routine—they’re included in playtime, supervised outdoor time, and all the love and attention we give our own dogs. Caring for dogs is something we enjoy and do consistently, so your pet will fit right in and feel like family. I care for pets in my home by welcoming them into our regular family routine and providing a safe, structured, and loving environment. Visiting dogs have access to our large garage and fenced backyard for supervised play, potty breaks, and exercise. They also enjoy the company of our two friendly dogs, who help create a comfortable and social atmosphere. I maintain each dog’s feeding schedule, provide plenty of attention, and make sure they have a cozy place to rest. During the day while we are at work, the dogs stay in our secure backyard with access to shade and lounging areas. Emily is wonderful! She took great care of our skittish cat. She made sure he had fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and some human affection. We were surprised at how quickly he warmed up to her. Emily went the extra mile to clean up his feeding area and bring in a package while we were gone. She's officially our cat's favorite sitter! Maddy followed through with everything we asked. Reptar is a little jerk to new people sometimes but she was able to get him to come out, play a little, and become friends with him by the end of his care. He didn’t have any accidents when I came home which is the best thing I could ask for since he’s likes to when I’m out of town to make me know he’s mad with a stranger. That just shows how great she was with him. would definitely book her again!

This was my first time using rover and honestly I was super nervous. Those nerves went away so fast with Andrea. She asked a ton of follow up questions when meeting my cats to ensure she would be able to take care of them properly. That really eased my mind when I was leaving. During my trip she sent constant updates and pictures of the state of the kitties and my apartment. I was able rest easy knowing my cats and my apartment were in amazing shape. I am so incredibly grateful for Andrea's communication and care skills. If you need someone to take care of your pets with the same care you do Andrea will do just that

Sofia was an excellent pet sitter. I was traveling for 3 weeks out of the country and Sofia dropped by every other day and took car of my multiple cats. The cats are a handful and one required medication and Sofia did a great job. She fed and watered them as well as cleaned their litter boxes. Three of the cats hide in my sofa and she aways looked in it to make sure the three shy cats were there and ok. She also proved updates and pictures of the various cats which I enjoyed looking at from across the world during my vacation. I would highly recommend Sofia for any of your pet sitting needs.
