“Heather did a wonderful job of taking care of both of our fur babies (cat and dog). She went out of her way to bring the dog for the cat visits so the our cat can play with and have the company of our dog. She also spent time playing with both of our animals. I found Heather to be extremely responsive answering questions and sending pictures. She also showed us a better way to give our cat his meds and took the time to send us a video. We will definitely have Heather as our go to for both of our fur babies because we know when Heather is taking care of them, they are in the best hands possible!”
“Sabrina and Ryan are great! Callie made sure Kota had a great time staying over. Kota I don't think wanted to come home 😀 We were updated with texts and pictures. Will definitely use their services again.”

“Rachel is the best! And our boy LOVES it there, which is so reassuring because he gets extreme separation anxiety, which in turn gives us extreme anxiety. It was our first time being apart from Paco since we adopted him and Rachel knew exactly what to do to put us all at ease. She sends pictures and updates. And there are other dogs there to play with. We dropped him off again today for daycare and he couldn't wait to get inside. I am so glad we found Rachel...she is an A+++ dog sitter”

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up. Recently just lost my senior pug who had diabetes and several health issues. I have no problem administering and keeping track of medications/glucose and feeding schedules. I have a small fenced in yard for bathroom breaks, as well as a flexible lifestyle that allows me to walk dogs twice a day every day. I am a part time dance teacher so I only work in the evenings for 5 hours max. I love being active but am always home every night at a reasonable hour. I lost my dog in February so I am free to take care of dogs who aren’t so friendly with others or who need extra attention. I have a fenced in yard for bathroom breaks and am young and able to take long walks in my neighborhood. We have a gated den area for pups to hang out in during the day with windows and toys.
“Thank you Akiko and you’re family for taking such good care of our doggies while we were on vacation. The photo updates and videos were great! You got some really good pictures of them together. We won’t leave our dogs with anyone else, I think they had as good a vacation as we did! Take care and we hope to see you again soon!”

About: I’ve been around pets my entire life and genuinely love caring for animals of all ages. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including senior dogs that required extra patience, attention, and comfort. My family trusted me enough to fly from California to Hawaii to care for my sister’s senior dogs while they were away. I’ve also cared for my neighbors’ dogs over the years, and many people trust me because I’m dependable, gentle, attentive, and communicative. I understand how important it is for pet owners to feel at ease while away, and I treat every pet like family. 🐾 I have a flexible schedule and pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I do school drop-offs/pick-ups and activities for my son, along with personal errands and wellness activities, but outside of that I have plenty of availability throughout the day and evening for walks, feedings, companionship, check-ins, and overnight care. I’m dependable, attentive, and treat every pet with patience, love, and care. 🐾 I provide a calm, clean, and loving environment where pets can feel safe and comfortable while away from home. I pay close attention to their routines, feeding schedules, behavior, and comfort levels, and I make sure they receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I also send regular updates and photos to owners so they can feel reassured and connected with their pets while away. I understand that every pet has a different personality and needs, so I’m patient, gentle, and attentive to helping them feel relaxed and at ease in my home. 🐾
“Alvaro is amazing! He took great care of Frida – she was very happy when I picked her up. Alvaro also sent me so many cute photos while hosting Frida. I highly recommend him!”

“Laura is fantastic! She is the sweetest person and that transfers beautifully to how she treats your pet! Maya is 15yrs and I’m always worried when I have to leave her for a period of time. Since I found Laura, I donmt worry when I’m away.”

“We were very nervous leaving our puppy for the first time since she is only six months old, but she came back looking so comfortable and well cared for. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Thank you for taking such great care of her and making her feel safe and happy. If we have to travel again, we will definitely book with you again.”

“Jenni was dedicated to keeping me updated on how my puppy was doing. She sent me pictures and texted me about his meals, bathroom breaks, and naps. My puppy loved her so much that he didn’t want to leave. He even met some friends, and from the pictures, it looked like he was having a wonderful time. I’m truly grateful to have met Jenni and look forward to seeing her again.”

“This sitter is highly recommended. She provided excellent care and the TLC she provided my pet came from her naturally; it’s clear that she has a natural connection with animals. I will be a repeat customer.”

“Laura was amazing watching both of our pups. This is the first time we left them with anyone and she kept them busy and they were happy. They came home relaxed and calm. Definitely will take them back to them.”

“Wonderful person, she kept me updated the whole time (me and my husband were out for 5 days) Vanessa sent me pictures and videos everyday at all times. Will definitely be requiring her assistance in the future. Totzy misses her!”

“Mariah was excellent with my little guy. I received photos and videos during his stay. I picked him up just as happy as I left him. For sure she is now my sitter. Totally recommend. You will be pleased with her service and her warm personality”

“We just absolutely love this woman, and her husband. This is the 2nd time Millie has stayed with them, and we already have our next 2 visits booked. They are the best, and highly recommend Rebecca and Tom!”

Rachel’s home has been a 2nd home for Shaba. Rachel takes time to meet each doggies needs. Rachel’s home has plenty of cozy areas for doggies to rest and sleep. Shaba is safe, comfortable and enjoys meeting new friends. I am grateful to have a wonderful place to vacation.👍🏽🐶💚

This was my first time using Rover and let me tell you that Alvaro made this a great experience! He kept me up to date with pictures and was quick with his response time. Ruby had a great time and if I’m ever back in area I will definitely be looking up Alvaro again.

She was actually wonderful. She fed my dog as instructed and exercised him with other dogs. He loved the green fenced backyard. He was so comfortable that he slept close to her while I was away. I was sent pictures and even videos of his activities. He was completely safe and comfortable while I was away for three days

Des took such great care of Belka the week we were gone traveling. Belka can be so anxious and unsure of people, but by the time I returned, Belka had opened up so much to Des that she didn’t want to leave their side! It made me so happy to know Belka was being taken care of by someone who wanted to make sure, above all else, Belka was comfortable :’) We also really appreciated the photos and videos and the check-ins on how Belka is… We missed her a lot, but we never worried about her once since we knew Des was taking care of her!

Leiani was great with my Vizsla! I love that she has a V around the same age too so my pup had a buddy! She knew exactly how to handle my baby…the velcroness and energy level. Leiani sent me pics/videos daily during their adventures. I highly recommend Leiani…esp to all the parents of “special” pointers like mine 🤣

We are so glad to have found Diana! Juni is a young, excitable pup and this was our first time leaving Juni for a long international trip, so we were nervous about leaving her. We completed a couple of daycare sessions with Diana prior so that Juni could feel comfortable with Diana and her home. We could tell that Diana gave her lots of love and affection and we really appreciated the daily pictures and videos. We never felt stressed or concerned about Juni’s wellbeing while we were traveling. We would def book with Diana again if needed!

If I could give a 10 star review I would. Drew was an absolute pleasure to meet and a true godsend watching our dog Callie. We are his first Rover client - however, I was able to obtain two amazing referrals from very qualified people who work for a local dog shelter. They made me feel very comfortable hiring Drew because Drew volunteers at that shelter and they knew of his steadfast commitment to the health and well-being of animals. Drew took really good care of our dog Callie and sent us lots of pictures and updates. Dogs are a big part of Drew’s life and he just seems like a really good human. Don’t hesitate to hire him…you and your dog will be very lucky.
