“Where do I begin...… We were out of the country for a family vacation for 10 days and we entrusted our fur family to Nadine and Josh. They took the BEST care of our pets. They followed all our instructions so all of our pets (two dogs and three cats) did not feel out of their routine. “This was my first time using the Rover app. I was very skeptical since I was so worried about my 2 big dogs (my kids) who are pretty young and don’t know their boundaries sometimes when it comes to people. I have a German shepherd and a Doberman. Yes big dogs who are very hyper. I had to leave for 7 days to another state due to an urgent family business. I found Annie and booked her last minute to take care of my dogs at my apartment. I was very worried for her because she is this tiny lady when I met her. My dogs easily tower over her. But don’t let her size fool you! She was very sweet to my dogs and very knowledgeable with a lot of dog care. She even introduced me to different puzzles my dog can use for the meantime. She always sent me updates and when she noticed something different with my dogs stomach issues, she was very prompt in letting me know and we talked about what we can change with their food intake. Vivian did so well with my cats! She went above and beyond while caring for my cats while I was away, always keeping me updated each day. Really appreciate how clean the litter box was when I returned. She even emptied the trash can when it got too full with the litter. Very trustworthy and professional, definitely recommend her.
Maddy followed through with everything we asked. Reptar is a little jerk to new people sometimes but she was able to get him to come out, play a little, and become friends with him by the end of his care. He didn’t have any accidents when I came home which is the best thing I could ask for since he’s likes to when I’m out of town to make me know he’s mad with a stranger. That just shows how great she was with him. would definitely book her again!
