“This was my first time using the Rover app. I was very skeptical since I was so worried about my 2 big dogs (my kids) who are pretty young and don’t know their boundaries sometimes when it comes to people. I have a German shepherd and a Doberman. Yes big dogs who are very hyper. I had to leave for 7 days to another state due to an urgent family business. I found Annie and booked her last minute to take care of my dogs at my apartment. I was very worried for her because she is this tiny lady when I met her. My dogs easily tower over her. But don’t let her size fool you! She was very sweet to my dogs and very knowledgeable with a lot of dog care. She even introduced me to different puzzles my dog can use for the meantime. She always sent me updates and when she noticed something different with my dogs stomach issues, she was very prompt in letting me know and we talked about what we can change with their food intake. I really felt at ease having her take care of my dogs while I was thousands of miles away from them. Annie is an Angel that was sent to me especially at the last minute when I needed my family members (dogs) to be taken care of. Some of the pictures she took, my dogs looked so happy. I was a bit jealous! Hahaha but I was also very grateful that it was her who were taking care of them. I am definitely booking her again for dog care. Thank you Annie! I really appreciate you! About: My main experience is caring for cats, but I have had 2 small pups growing up. I think I am great with animals in general because I am patient, gentle, and respectful of boundaries. I’m currently getting ready to enroll in a BSN nursing program that is close to home, so in preparation, I am taking online classes right now. Other than studying, I have plenty of time to sit for your cats! I’m available Monday through Fridays, and occasionally some weekends. I am new here on Rover, so I will describe how I care for my own cats. They have a Litter Robot at the moment, but I also used to scoop using a regular litter box and a pine litter system. My kitties get fed a combination of dry and wet food, with some of their favorite cat treats from time to time. Oliver and Teddy love to play with their favorite toy wands and get the most activity in that way. Oliver (the gray and white cat) loves to cuddle and is very affectionate, whereas Teddy (the orange and white cat) prefers his personal space and will approach me for pets when he wants them!

I very pleased with Elizabeth’s kindness and attentiveness! I am beyond neurotic when it comes to my fur babies lol and I have incredibly high expectation of their care and safety - They are my children. I found Elizabeth’s profile and although it’s always nerve wracking to entrust someone with your “kids” you just met, I had a good feeling about her in our messages. we arranged a meet and greet prior to our first Christmas Day evening visit and she was just wonderful. She listened closely to their routine at our meet and greet, and was very sweet and personable. She sent many photos during their Christmas Day visit which is always appreciated; She coaxed our pup who is a picky eater to eat more of his dinner which was a win and our very shy young cat even came out to say hi to her which never happens! I had notated in their care notes to stay in well lit areas on the walk with our pup due to coyotes and I could tell from the photos and map in rover she did exactly that- It means the world that she paid attention and customized their visit with our requests. I can tell She has a kind heart for animals and I am grateful we found her. We came home that night to two happy, well fed and content babies- already planning their next visit with her in January.
