This was my first time using Rover, and it was hands down the BEST experience I could have asked for, especially with Chris caring for my dog & cat! 🐾 Chris has incredible communication skills and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind :) He is also extremely punctual and reliable, especially when it comes to feeding and walking schedules, which meant everything to me & more. The level of love and care he showed my animals was truly top notch. He followed every instruction perfectly and still found ways to go above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways. For the first time in a very long time, I was actually able to relax and disconnect from “pet mom mode” because I knew my animals were being cared for exactly how I would care for them, if not even better. I also loved the pictures Chris sent, you could genuinely see how much fun my pets were having with him, and somehow he even got my cat to come out and play, which says everything. I've used Martha for about 5 years now. She's taken great care of my fur babies. I used to get "proof of life" pics of my shy, anxious cat, Stella...two glowing eyes under the bed. While my other, people-friendly, cat soaked up all the love. Fast forward a couple years...Now Stella loves on Martha like they're best friends. It's a furry miracle.
Abigail was awesome! We used Rover before and we have always had great dog/cat sitters!!! Abigail took time with our Holly who was grieving the loss of her “ sister”! Who died of cancer! Abigail understood and took extra time with my babygirl Holly! Took her on extra walks too! Sent daily photos of our girls and followed the daily routine!!
