About: I have been around dogs most of my life. I have a 9 year old Vizsla and have fostered for a Vizsla rescue and watched dogs for deployed military for the past few years. I have also watched several dogs for neighbors and friends over the years and really enjoy it. I love dogs and live in a dog-friendly neighborhood and city. I work from home, so I am able to give dogs a lot of attention and activity. I especially welcome active dogs like mine that enjoy walks, park playtime, dog beach, hikes and more. When I have looked for sitters for my dog over the years, I have looked for people who have experience with the breed and are ready for the velcroness, silliness and shenanigans that come from a pointer. While I am happy to host any friendly, well-behaved dogs, I also want the Vizsla, GSP, Weimy community to know…I get you and I’m ready 😬 Schedule similar to my dog’s. Usually outside every 4 hours or so for walks/playtime. Plenty of outside play time. I also have a doggy door to the back patio if your dog likes to bask in the sun like mine during the day I’m at home and don’t leave the dogs for long on their own. I interact with the dogs throughout the day and esp at our community park where they can play and run with other well-behaved dogs in the neighborhood. Dogs that stay with me have roaming privileges throughout the house. I have dogs beds throughout, but they are also welcome on the beds, sofa, etc.

About: I bring over 35 years of hands-on pet care experience, having grown up with and cared for cats, dogs, and a wide range of animals throughout my life. While I may step out for appointments, I’m generally home and able to check in regularly. Weekends offer even more flexibility and availability for extended stays, outings, and focused attention. I believe dogs always tell us what they want, and I do my best to make them feel understood and supported. I offer overnight boarding, daily walks, playtime, and gentle grooming. My goal is to create a safe and loving environment where every dog feels relaxed, happy, and cared for. I currently work remotely, so I have plenty of time each day to care for pets, take them for walks, brush them, play with them, and keep them company. If you plan to drop your pet off at my home, the best hours are between 8:00am–10:00pm. If you prefer pick-up or drop-off services, I can come to you between 10:00am–5:00pm. I’m very flexible and will always do my best to accommodate your schedule. I currently do not have any pets at home. I live in a beautiful, pet-friendly luxury apartment in Huntington Beach with large floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of natural sunlight. Most pets who stay with me love relaxing by the windows and sunbathing. Our community is extremely dog-friendly, with its own dog park, a large grassy area right outside, and the HB beach just across the street. It’s a wonderful environment for both dogs and cats to relax, play, and feel comfortable during their stay.

Being home most of the day also means your pup will have company, attention, and plenty of love whenever they need it. I live in an extremely dog friendly apartment community right across from the beach, with two fully enclosed dog parks one for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs plus multiple clean potty areas. My home is on the 3rd floor with elevators, so stairs aren’t an issue if your dog prefers to avoid them. Inside, we have plenty of space for your dog to feel comfortable, whether they like a large dog bed, a crate, or just room to lounge. We also have a dog door that leads to a spacious patio where your pup can safely relax and soak up the sun. I prioritize safety at all times, whether we’re on walks, at the dog parks, or hanging out at home. Your dog will always be supervised, cared for, and comfortable in a secure environment.
