My dog has pretty severe separation anxiety, but even after Steven and Kim-Anh learned about it, they were very understanding and happy to take care of Mahur. She is usually very cautious around new people, but she seemed to feel safe and comfortable in their home. Both Steven and Kim are very passionate about training, and they spent a lot of time playing with and caring for Mahur. Patricia lives a very short drive from the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds so if you are attending an all-day event there and don't want to have to worry about leaving your furry friend to fend for themselves all day, I highly recommend leaving your pet with Patricia. She is knowledgeable about dogs and very conscientious, having gone the extra mile to ensure that Emma was not able to get to any other animal's food (since Emma has food allergies). Patricia also texted me pics during the day of Emma enjoying her walk, which further helped to make my day more enjoyable by putting my mind at ease. About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. I am comfortable with dogs and enjoy being outdoors with them. I have a background in medical care working with special needs. I have a part-time job and this is a filler to make ends meet. My schedule is always changing however, I know my schedule 3 weeks in advance. Chris is the best dog sitter! My dog Bennett is a very high-energy 1-year-old Dalmatian, and he can definitely be a lot, so I’m always a little nervous about leaving him with just one person and potentially exhausting them. Chris (and Dallas) handled him like pros and seemed completely unfazed. He took Bennett to the dog park multiple times to burn off energy, played with him and the other dogs, helped him work through some snappy moments, fed him dinner, and even let him relax on the couch with him.
