“Morgan and her partner are completely awesome! I was going out of town for two weeks—the first time Cocoa and I have been apart overnight. But Morgan sent daily photos and videos so I knew all of the fun activities Cocoa was doing. It looked like Cocoa had the best play date with Morgan’s pup, Atticus. It didn’t seem like she missed me at all…lol. I can’t say enough great things about the two weeks Cocoa spent at Morgan’s place. Cocoa is a really picky eater, but Morgan figured out a way to get Cocoa to finish her meals. They even took Cocoa hiking and gave her a bath right before pick up which was really helpful. After we got home, Cocoa ran upstairs and seemed a little confused because I think she was looking for her new friend, Atticus. Thank you for making Cocoa feel at home and taking such great care of Cocoa!”

The cats are a handful and one required medication and Sofia did a great job. She fed and watered them as well as cleaned their litter boxes. This was my first indication of it being a good fit. We than went to her backyard yard. Zoey sat in my lap for a bit, I put her down and she sniffed around the yard, went in the house to check things out. Again, no signs if being anxious. “Heather did a wonderful job of taking care of both of our fur babies (cat and dog). She went out of her way to bring the dog for the cat visits so the our cat can play with and have the company of our dog. She also spent time playing with both of our animals. I found Heather to be extremely responsive answering questions and sending pictures. She also showed us a better way to give our cat his meds and took the time to send us a video. We will definitely have Heather as our go to for both of our fur babies because we know when Heather is taking care of them, they are in the best hands possible!”

“I was in a pinch and needed a last-minute dog sitter for my big boy Zeus from Wednesday night through Sunday evening. Kaiwen stepped up and took excellent care of him the entire time. Zeus is epileptic and requires medication that has to be mouth-fed twice daily. Kaiwen was experienced with this and made sure Zeus received his meds on schedule without any issues. Knowing Zeus would be in capable hands if he had a seizure gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Zeus doesn’t have much experience around other dogs, but Kaiwen’s updates let me know that he actually did great and really enjoyed playing with the other dogs. It was wonderful to hear he was having fun and making friends! Kaiwen walked him multiple times a day and sent plenty of pictures throughout, which I really appreciated. Kaiwen was very communicative, updating me several times each day so I never had to worry. The level of care, attention, and professionalism was outstanding.
