I've been a dog lover my entire life, and while I'm new to Rover, I'm definitely not new to loving and caring for dogs. My husband and I recently said goodbye to our two sweet senior pups, and although we're not quite ready to adopt another dog just yet, we'd absolutely love to open our home to yours. We miss having dogs around, and getting to love on other people's pups brings us so much joy. One of my favorite things to do is get outside and walk, so if your dog enjoys walks, they're in luck! I love getting my steps in while giving dogs the exercise, fresh air, and sniff breaks they love. If your pup would rather spend time playing in the backyard or curled up on the couch getting belly rubs, I'm happy to do that too. Every dog is different, and I love getting to know their personality. I also know how hard it is to leave your dog with someone else. I've been there myself, and finding someone you truly trust with your fur baby isn't easy. That's why I make communication a huge priority. I'll send plenty of pictures, videos, and updates so you can relax knowing your dog is having a great time. I always think if I were the one away, I'd want lots of updates, so that's exactly what I provide. I work mostly from home and have a flexible schedule, so your dog will have lots of company throughout the day. I also only take a limited number of dogs at a time because I want each one to get plenty of individual attention and feel like part of the family, not like they're staying at a busy boarding facility. My goal is simple: I want you to enjoy your vacation, work trip, or time away without worrying about your dog. When you come home, I hope you're greeted by a happy, relaxed pup who had just as much fun as you did. I'd love to meet you and your best friend!

Sara was AWESOME!!! She communicated really well, has a perfect set up for boarding, and loved our dogs as much as we do! Her daughter was super cute & helpful as well. There were lots of pictures, updates, and even Report Cards at the end. We HIGHLY recommend Sara. We will DEFINITELY use her again!!

Winnie our 2.5yr old Labradoodle had a great time at Sara's! She was great, welcoming, took walks had lots of cuddles and attention! We received an adorable "report card" with her picture when we picked her up! I knew the moment we had our meet n greet that Winnie was in good hands. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sara!

Absolutely amazing experience leaving our beloved Bulldogs with Sara and her family for a long weekend. She had great questions at drop-off, was in constant communication with updates and photos throughout the stay, and even provided cute little pet report cards at pick-up. HIGHLY recommend. We will definitely be requesting her services again the future.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my everyday routine because animals have always been a huge part of my life. I enjoy having pets around throughout the day, and making space for their needs feels easy and familiar after a lifetime of caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities.

When your dog stays with us, they become part of the family. We recently said goodbye to our two senior dogs, so we have lots of love to give and plenty of one on one attention for your pup. Our large, fully fenced backyard is perfect for supervised play, and your dog is welcome to enjoy both the house and yard throughout the day. At night, they'll sleep inside where it's cozy and comfortable. I follow your dog's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, medications, walks, and plenty of love, playtime, and cuddles. My goal is simple: for your dog to feel safe, happy, and right at home while you're away.
A typical day
Play and stroll…we will have a blast. I love seeing a happy pup and will make sure they get the activity they need and love.

- Please tell me all about your pup before their stay! I'd love to know their routine, favorite activities, personality, and all the little things that make them feel comfortable and loved. Please bring enough food for their stay, along with any medications, favorite toys, treats, bed, blanket, or other comfort items that will help them feel at home. The more I know about your dog, the better I can make their stay feel safe, fun, and as close to home as possible.
