When caring for your fur baby in the comfort of their own home, I acknowledge that I am the new comer coming into their space. I always take it slow and allow the animal to share what they wish to with me, just as you would with a young child. This establishes a foundation of trust that we can build upon.

Let me know if your pet has special needs or accommodations such as the use of a Thunder jacket during storms & fireworks or if they have any allergies when it comes to treats. Are they a social butterfly or do they prefer their space on walks as the lone ranger? Animals thrive on consistency and routine so if you have a certain route they count on, let me know and I’ll incorporate it into our time together.
A typical day
In addition to a fun “sniff” walk, I’m a HUGE fan of enrichment activities such as hide and seek with treats and puzzle games. Is your pet more of a Netflix and chill kinda guy or gal? No problem, be it True Crime or the latest episode of Bluey, I’ll be sure to find a show that grabs their attention and helps them unwind.

Pet care experience
I am a certified animal communicator and reiki practitioner with over 10 years of experience. However I have been taking care of dogs my whole life. I have experience caring for senior dogs as well as those with vision and hearing impairment. I also volunteer my communication services to animal rescues to help dogs exhibiting puzzling behavior be heard. In addition I work as an animal transporter for several rescues, so I guess you could say I’m a professional canine chauffeur! I have experience working with a wide range of ages and breeds. So be it a pittie puppy, a middle aged pug, or a senior chihuahua, I am comfortable with them all and will ensure your pup feels safe, happy, and secure while you are away.
