I did not bring my dog back here after the second day and forfeited payment. My dog is a senior and cannot tolerate the 100° heat. All he needed was to sit inside with AC. Joey gets along with everyone and has years of daycare experience. I was sent pictures of him always outside, or standing next to what looked like a portable AC in the garage (?) never playing with any other dog. Who knows because you're not invited to see where your dog is staying. Communication: I was told my dog ate all his food (I didn't ask you to feed him that day it wasn't mealtime!!) He threw up several times all over my hotel room. Both times I picked him up he was boiling hot and drank so much water as if he'd had none all day. When I rang the doorbell I heard several dogs barking from the garage. Do they say yes to you then crate your dog in the garage? I don't believe they bring them in the house. As well, he told me my dog is spoiled. Nice! You make your living off people who will pay anything to have their pets comfortable and treated properly. Another excellent Rover sitter rescued us otherwise I would have lost money for Disney as well. I tipped them very very very well. If you book this guy DEMAND to see where your dog will be staying. Fortunately this has been my only negative experience with Rover.

Bernard and Hung took great care of Gaby while we visited Disneyland for a few days! They communicated well throughout her stay and were conveniently located near the park, which made drop-off and pick-up super easy. We really appreciated knowing Gaby was in good hands. Thanks again!
