🖥️ My home office is the cat room, so your cat always has supervision. I work from home five days a week with the cats, which means constant quiet company, and a lap if they want one. 🐱 About me I consider myself a true cat lady. I have two 6-year-old cats I adopted from Japan, and I've cared for cats from kittenhood through their senior years. Both my family cats lived to 13 and 15 and needed special medical care at the end. I've fostered cats off the street, and I'm comfortable giving medication, and I have a lot of patience for shy kitties. Maya is an amazing pet sitter! I was a bit worried since Walter is a senior dog and it was my first time leaving him, but I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. She kept me updated on his eating schedule and sent me photos frequently. I loved the communication and I can't wait to book her again. I appreciate the dedication and how much she treats Walter just like her own.
Maya was such an amazing sitter for our cat. She went above and beyond, not only taking care of his food, water, and litter, but also playing with him for extended periods of time. She provided frequent updates and took so many wonderful photos and videos that she shared with us so that we could feel totally at ease. We would highly recommend Maya and would book her again in a heartbeat!
Maya was great! Aside from taking care of the wet food and scooping the litter, she was also playing with the kitty and brushing her. Loved the videos and pictures she sent over of our sassy cat being, well, sassy but also cared for and played with. Dealt well with a random hairball grossness as well 😅. Communicative, thoughtful, and able to deal with the grossness - would absolutely recommend and would definitely book going forward!
Maya is the most loving pet mom and has extensive experience taking care of dogs and cats of all ages. She has three pets of her own and she goes above and beyond to take care of them, including taking her senior dog Happy out camping and building a play room for her two kitties rescued from Japan. She has also fostered several kittens and patiently helped them acclimate to home life. Beyond her love for animals, Maya is also extremely organized and responsible. I fully trust Maya with my own pets and highly recommend her as a pet caregiver for all!

Schedule
I work from home and my office is the cat room, so your cat gets all day supervision. I'm in there 8+ hours a day, five days a week, which means your cat gets constant quiet company, and a lap cuddle if they want one. It's a cat-only home (no dogs, no kids, no chaos). I take one household at a time, no more than 2 cats at once.

🐱Cat care: I will follow your cat’s routine closely, including feeding, playtime, litter care, and medications if needed. I take my time building trust, especially with shy cats and seniors. And you'll get regular updates with photos and videos, so you can stay connected while you're away. Your cat's comfort and happiness come first! 🏠My home has a dedicated cat room which includes: - Cat trees, and mounted wall shelves for climbing - Window perches with a view - 3 water fountains - A Litter-Robot plus a traditional litter box - Plenty of toys and treats - Air purifier 🔒 Safety: All windows and screens are secure, and the cat room closes off completely. Everyone in the house is vaccinated and on flea prevention. 🐈⬛Resident cats: I have two friendly, social cats who have lived with multiple cats their entire lives. Depending on how comfortable you and your cat feel, I can keep my cats separate and give your cat the cat room all to themselves. If everyone's up for it, we can do slow, supervised introductions instead. Just let me know what you'd prefer! 👋 Meet-and-Greet You're welcome to come by for a meet-and-greet before booking. You can see the room, meet me and the girls, and decide.

A typical day
Every cat is different, so I tailor activities based on their personality. If they’re playful, I’ll engage them with toys, like feather wands and chasers. If they’re more mellow, I’ll offer company, brushing, or cozy cuddle time, and whatever makes them feel happiest and most at ease.

If your cat is particular about litter type, let me know and I'll get the right kind. The more I know, the easier it is to keep their routine familiar and their stay stress-free.
