“Elaine took care of our pup for a few days and he was in ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. She took such incredible care of him and really loved him like her own. She sent soooo many photos and was amazingly communicative. I really appreciate the care she took to make sure all the dogs socialize well and are comfortable. We are so incredibly grateful and look forward to bringing Sif back again soon!!?”

“Our dogs had a wonderful time with Kerstin. She had excellent communication before and during the stay. Cooper and Zoey stayed 3 nights and were well taken care of. “Words can't express how pleased I am with the outstanding pet care Kevin and his family provided for my dog Bentley. I hadn't used Rover in several years and was nervous about leaving Bentley with strangers during our trip to Northern California. With little notice, Kevin arranged for a meet and greet for Bentley to ensure his home was a good fit and it was exactly what I needed! Bentley has significant hearing loss so that had me a little anxious. I observed they go above and beyond to monitor the special needs of your pet. The home is very pet friendly with a beautiful backyard for pets to roam and play. I received pictures and videos regularly during Bentley's visit and he was obviously comfortable, having a great time with his new friends. From the photos, I think I had more separation anxiety than Bentley, which really helped my husband and I enjoy the trip to surprise our grandmother for her 89th birthday. What impressed me most is how responsive Kevin and Chen are. All of my questions and inquiries were answered without extensive delay. Unfortunately our return flight was delayed and we had to extend Bentley's stay for another night. To our surprise, they were very understanding and accommodating. If I could give Kevin and Chen a 6 star rating I would that is how please my husband and I are with their service. We will definitely use them again when needed.”
