We felt good about leaving our Ollie with Nicholas and Cora because they were obviously experienced dog owners. Since I work from home, I’m able to be available throughout the day to take regular breaks for walks, feeding, playtime, and attention throughout the day. There will always be fresh water, regular walks and playtime + belly rubs. Perla was amazing! Her communication and updates were spot on. She knew I was sad having to leave my dog, and she compensated with her pictures and messages. I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby with Hiromi. She was amazing—so communicative, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire stay. She carefully followed the care instructions and was also able to adjust them as my dog’s needs changed. Frida was absolutely amazing and the most patient with our spirited dog. He hasn’t had much boarding experience so it was comforting to have such a great experience with Frida.
