About: As a young adult (19 years old) I adopted a 6 week old Maltipoo and named him Ziggy Marley. When you're young finding your path in life is not always easy, however, through care for Ziggy I was learning discipline, patience and how to express love and compassion. Now at 17 years of age in his senior years, Ziggy is still living his best life. I have learned what social/emotional, physical and stimulating activities are required ( through trial and learned experiences) what dogs need to thrive and live an enjoyable life. In 2023 my life partner, Manny and I rescued Pluto. Pluto is the calm, loving, and curious pup we didn't know we needed. Now as a Dog Mom of two, I have gained great experience in pet care in all ages, senior ages especially. I have become knowable of how to administer various medication types, how to provide a mentally stimulating and safe environment. I take pride in being the resident dog guru among family and friends for inquiries dog related. I also enjoy getting out in the community and speaking to pet owners and sharing experiences and building community. I am a full-time Dog Mom as I care for my senior dog, Ziggy, as well as Pluto. I may provide care Monday - Friday and weekend care can be arranged with advanced notice. Our spacious, fully enclosed backyard gives pets plenty of room to run around and get their zoomies out! For added peace of mind, our home is secured with security cameras, and we have a dedicated room available for overnight stays to accommodate dog beds or crates. Plus, our friendly resident dog, Pluto, is a calm and loving playmate ready to welcome guest dogs.
“Gina is absolutely amazing!! After doing a day trial run and then an overnight trial, we went on our first long international trip and needed to have someone care for our puppy while we were away. Our puppy thrives on personal attention and always being with someone. Gina was the perfect sitter who cared for him as her own. He was able to go on her furniture and sleep with her, just like he does at home. Gina sent lots of cute photos and videos while we were gone. She gave him a bath before we returned and even washed his blankets. I cannot say enough positive things about Gina. Our puppy was happy when we picked him up and loved his time with her. Courtnie is a great sitter who really understands dogs, and my 1-yr old crazy border collie mix loved his stay there. He had so much fun playing with her dog and running around in her backyard, that he actually got tired and fell asleep. And the next day he was so happy there he got the zoomies! Courtnie sent lots of photos and updates, was careful about special instructions, and was very flexible when I requested additional pet sitting time on the day of pick-up. I left my two senior dogs in the great care of Sam for several days. A little nervous as I don't leave them often and one has mobility issues. We feel so grateful to have found Jenn to care for our beloved Miko while we were away for two weeks.
