About: I have always been a dog person after watching the movie Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Ever since I was little we have always owned a dog, my god parents gave me a beautiful little shitzu but unfortunately we had to rehome him but years later I bought my own little maltese poodle. I have quite the experience with dogs because I’ve always been around them whether it’s my own, my family’s or friend’s. I currently only work 3 days out of the week as a receptionist in a chiropractor’s office so I have so much free time for your pups! I will spend time with your fur babies such as taking them on long walks, perhaps even teaching them a couple new tricks, cuddle with them and bathe them if you feel comfortable with that.

“Ashley was amazing. My dog, Nipsey, had a great time at her house. After the initial meet and greet, my worries all left as I could tell she would be the perfect person for the job. She was super attentive and followed all directions. She provided medications as needed but most importantly she gave him tons of love. I highly recommend Ashley if you're looking for a trustworthy person with a great heart and love for animals.”
“Shannon was absolutely wonderful with Nibbles! She watched her for 9 days in her home, and I’m so happy we found her. Drop-off and pick-up were super easy, and Shannon was very thorough about asking questions beforehand so she could make sure Nibbles was comfortable and knew her routine and preferences. She took such great care of her and made sure she was happy, well-fed, comfortable, and got lots of love and attention. I could tell Nibbles was in really good hands, as I received consistent updates/pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Shannon is such a sweetheart, and I’m extremely happy with the care she gave Nibbles. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future!”

About: New to Rover, but not new to caring for pets: I am an empty nester who loves dogs and cats. I’m easy-going and have cared for both puppies and older dogs, and I look forward to keeping your pet safe and happy while you’re away. When I pet sit, I’ll send you lots of photos and videos to reassure you that all is well. I won’t list myself as available on weekends when I know I will be in and out too much to give your pet the attention s/he deserves. I have a small fenced/gated area, and the gate is tall. We have a dog door we can utilize or lock depending on your preference. There is a small section of artificial grass outside. Indoors, dogs are allowed on the couch with me unless you prefer I not allow it. I can walk them in the morning early, usually between 7:00-7:30 am. Afternoon walks are typically between 2:30-4:00. I am flexible with when evening walks happen. Dogs don’t ever have to be crated here, but I can do so if you provide the crate. On the weekends, I can certainly let them out more often than the 4-8 hours indicated on the app. Some weekdays, however, fall within that window depending on my work schedule. I require proof or rabies and other vaccines at the meet and greet, please.

Bogie’s been back a few times and is always so excited to see Xenia. Her dogs and Bogie got along great and Blgie came home happy and tired which is what ever dog parent hopes for! Highly recommend!”

About: I’m a dog mom of 8 years, and caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Over the years I’ve helped family and friends with their pets—everything from energetic puppies and senior dogs to rabbits, cats, and even goats! I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities and needs, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding, or just keeping them company, your pet will get tons of love, attention, and patience while they’re with me. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I work from home and have plenty of flexibility. I get regular breaks every two hours and a full hour for lunch, which gives me lots of time for walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins throughout the day. I also don’t go out much, so I’m home almost all day—meaning your pet will have constant company, attention, and a calm, comfortable environment. Your pet won’t ever feel lonely here! In my home, your pet will have plenty of comfort and space. I live in a spacious home with room for your pet to settle in and feel relaxed. I also have a friendly dog who loves company and gets along well with other pets. You’re welcome to bring any of your pet’s personal items—beds, toys, or a crate—and I have plenty of room to set everything up exactly the way they’re used to. My goal is to make their stay feel safe, familiar, and stress-free.
“Brian was amazing, patient and so communicative throughout Rocky and Stu’s stay. He went above and beyond - not only did he bathe both dogs after noticing that they were scratching a lot, but Brian also braved bringing stubborn, old-man Stu to the dog park (which is no easy feat), but in just one weekend, Stu is now exponentially better when passing other dogs on walks. We will definitely be rebooking. Thanks, Brian!”
“Upon arrival I instantly felt comfortable leaving Louis with Gina! She was very welcoming, friendly & such a positive vibe! She instantly took a liking to my little guy & I knew they would hit it off & he would be well taken care of. She kept me updated throughout his stay & sent lovely pics. I was confident Louis was in good hands! Gina is very accommodating as I needed to extend my time last minute and I am grateful for her flexibility. Definitely will be using her again!!”
