About: Safari Parties was my business for 25 years. I have taken care all types of animals. I have had several dogs, my chiweenie just passed at 17 years. I love working with people and animals. I have a credecial in special education and during Covid I cared for an elderly friend for 4 years until she passed. July and August I am available any day or night. In September my schedule changes because I am a Substitute Teacher. So I’ll always be available on weekends and after school hours. Or if I don’t get a job. My care will depend on the need of the animmal and the desires of the owner. I am flexible and if the owner wants me to take their dog to dog beach, I will. I can buckle the dog in. I fostered a Belgian Mal rescue dog from Mexico for 6 months, and helped acclimate him to life in a home, and did leash and crate training with him. I've cared for cats, small dogs, large dogs, including an adorable (and ginormous) Labradoodle puppy. Last summer I volunteered to transport two rescue puppies to the US from Puerto Rico. We have owned dogs together in this home for over 43 years - green belt is adjacent to our home for daily leashed or unleashed walks. Outside access available 24/7. Great care and attention will be given to your pets and they will definitely come home feeling loved and refreshed! We are home and pet care is high priority for us. We are a retired married couple that have cared for dogs for over 50 years. We have a fenced yard with lots of room for our dog guests to roam and explore. We provide lots of social interaction for our dogs.

About: I have had a dog my entire life, and had a Great Dane for ten years. I am very patient, and I can handle dogs who don’t love to listen. I’m not afraid of a challenge! I walked, fed, cleaned and played with my own dog regularly, and I can’t wait to meet yours! I work part time, but I have plenty of down time to care for your pets! I can be available most days, depending on the time. I will treat your pet just as you would! I will offer them treats (if allowed) for listening, and take them on nice, long walks. I have experience keeping my Great Dane out of trouble with other dogs while on a leash, so your pet’s safety and comfort will be my top priority! :)

I know how to administer meds and special foods including Sub Q fluids for illnesses like kidney disease and EPI. I am dedicated to making sure your pets are well taken care of because they are apart of your family. I go the extra mile because pets are the epitome of unconditional love. I am currently working full time from home, and take care of my senior dog with EPI needs. I enjoy being a foster periodically when I have time. I currently live in an apartment, and prefer to crate to keep dogs comfortable and provide a safe space while they get acclimated to the change in their environment. I live close to many nice areas for walking and also the dog beach for more exercise.

He got himself into a little trouble a few days before his stay and had to wear a cone. She was very kind to update me about his wound care and kept his cone clean. Honestly, the sweetest dog lover! Luca was also such a wonderful welcoming doggie to Hiro playing with him but also giving him space to adjust. She sent many pictures of Hiro enjoying his stay and at the end he was very happy!
