About: I had a dog for over 10 years and after he sadly passed away, I realized that I still had a lot of love to give! I’m currently a stay at home mom who absolutely adores pets, so my schedule is completely up to what your pet needs and what their schedule is! I live in an upstairs apartment that has lots of space for play time but also has cozy spots for nap time! The apartment has a secured front balcony that can be blocked off at request.

About: I’ve had two dogs in my family growing up. I trained both of them to do basic tricks as well as help bathe and feed them. I’ve trained my aunt’s puppy as well, while pet sitting and keeping him entertained. I am also currently an owner of my own cat and I’ve trained her to do some basic tricks as well! I have a huge love for animals and I love all kind of pets! I have another part time job but I mainly work 4 hour shifts so I can do drop-ins on the weekends and dog walking. I am also open to inquires about staying overnight, but I would need to plan that out in advance. I currently live with one of my cats (my other one lives with my family). I make sure to give her all the attention she asks for and feed her at regular times. I also make sure that she gets designated play and cuddle time during the day and I’d be happy to do the same with your pets!

About: I've been caring for dogs and cats since I was 7 years old. While I have no formal training, I've owned pets consistently for the last 35 years. I've done a lot of work with rescues and shelters, particularly with special needs animals. I'm equipped to give medication of all types, even IVs and injections. I'm currently fostering two silly bulldogs and am volunteering my time with multiple local rescues. I have a knack for animals... You might even call it a superpower! I'll likely become best friends with your pet as soon as I meet them; I'll take the extra time to establish trust with you and your furry friend, so you both know you are in good hands with me. Whether it be just a quick walk or a homestay, your pet will be the center of my attention and will always be in good hands! Every booking comes with lots of pictures and a full recap of our time together. While I'm typically not available early in the morning, my schedule is otherwise pretty flexible. I'm available for drop ins and over nights. Unfortunately due to an FIV+ cat I am unable to host your pet here. I will schedule a meet and greet prior to our first booking to meet you and your pet at your home. I like to schedule this for up to one our in order to make sure we take the time we need to establish trust. Many of my pets over the years have been special needs, including English Bulldogs and FIV+ cats.

About: I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember! As a teen and young adult, I would often offer to walk roommates' or friends' dogs because I enjoyed spending time with them. I’ve helped people and dogs of all sizes and ages, from puppies to senior dogs that need a bit more TLC. I developed an interest in dog psychology to better understand how they communicate which evolved into helping train friend's dogs until I adopted my own Staffordshire Terrier in 2014. When I adopted him, he was very weary of people and had a hard time socializing with dogs. Fast forward to now (and lots of lots of research into dog psychology and training), he's in a place where he enjoys meeting new people and other dogs! I'd love the opportunity to work with you and your pup(s)! I'm currently working a flexible part time schedule, so please reach out and let me know what you are looking for and let's make it work! Let me know how you take care of your pet and I will be happy to do the same! While new to Rover, watching, walking, training, and overall loving on dogs has always come easily to me. About: From a young age I knew I had a passion for animals and nature. I’ve had the honor of nursing my cat, Oliver, back to health after he underwent several surgeries before I adopted him. Although he recently passed, he is one of the driving reasons for my passion to work with animals. Currently, I’m in school to become a veterinarian at San Francisco State University. I have experience caring for a wide range of animals such as bunnies, cats, dogs, puppies, and even aquatic animals! I also have experience with special need animals as well as teaching dogs simple commands such as “sit”. When it comes to your pet, there is nothing I won’t do to ensure their safety. If given the opportunity to sit your pet, I can guarantee fun in a closely monitored environment! I am currently a student at San Francisco State University. I live on campus but when I’m not there I visit home. I plan to take clients from both SF and LA. Most of my classes are online so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I currently work at Pawsome Dog daycare and boarding so I’ve become even more comfortable being around dogs and getting dirty with them! I will care for your animal by remaining attentive through their stay. We will play, cuddle, nap, and just overall bond. While dog sitting, nothing is more important than your pups comfort!

About: I’ve shared a dog with my sister when I lived at home and I’ve always loved playing with dogs. I’ve also worked with dogs in hospitals and I did Rover in medical school. I am a resident physician so I am a little busy during the week, but some days during the week as well as weekends are good for me. My apartment has a small closed in area for pets and I have a 1 bedroom apartment. I am a doctor for adults but that translates well with pets.

About: My friends have relied on me through the past years to care for their pets— through walking, feeding, bathing, and at times, even just snuggling with them! I have so much love for both dogs and cats & am so appreciative of the love they are able to provide us humans. They truly make the work a better place! I decided to take me love for animals to the next level and began fostering pets through the LaBelle Foundation once the pandemic hit; Shelters were becoming overwhelmingly crowded and pets needed a place to stay until they found their furever homes. When I got wind of this, I quickly signed up to be a foster parent and have opened my home for pets of all breeds and ages. With the amount of love & affection they pour out to us, I aspire to continue to be a hub of love & affection for every pet I care for. Since I work from home, I have an immense amount of flexibility to care for dogs throughout the week. My weekends are also very open so no matter the day or time, I can commit to giving your pet the best care they need!! I am open to traveling to your home or create a comfortable and cozy space for your pet within my home! I have a crate and many supplies I’ve acquired from through fostering and dogsitting. My apartment complex also has a grooming station & section for pets so they may get clean & play in peace! I am also located in a prime area in Downtown Long Beach so taking walks, and even getting your pet socialized with other dogs, won’t be an issue! I work from home so I am available to provide round-the-clock attention and care to your fur baby. I'm able to provide as many potty breaks as needed, as well as play with them inside my home so they are guarnteed to receieve the best care possible. Whether in my home or my client's home, I always inqurie about the specific need of the pet (as every pet is extremely unique) and I ensure that I can cater to them. I work from home and am available on weekends so I can shower your fur baby with love & affection.
