About: I’ve had two furries, a cat and a dog and they are currently with my family living in NYC. I have experience taking care of them for over 3 years since they are just a kitten and a puppy. I helped my puppy Labrador Retriever break her potty and other aspects of training. I am calm and resilient. At the same time, I truly care about the furries and try to match my energies to theirs when it comes to exercise! I enjoy taking care of paw friends including Labrador Retriever, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Australian Cattle, Pomeranian, Forkie, and more. I go for a jog or a run during the weekend no matter what. So, your paw friends would be part of it in the mornings and evenings. Generally, I will give a morning run or a walk for 30 minutes and potty breaks every 2-3 hours during the weeks/ends. Before dinner time, I’d make sure to give them a brief walk as well, as I need one to wrap up my day. During the weekend, I will take your furry friends everywhere I go, unless I have to go dining somewhere/church for 2-4 hours. You let me know if you'd like me to let you know in advance so you are comfortable with it. I have two Nest Cameras installed in the house specifically facing toward the entrance door, balcony, too, and of course your furry friends. I can always see the alert of what’s happened throughout the day + anything that happens will be recorded for safety purposes!

About: We both grew up with dogs. We currently have 1 cat which we have had for 10 years, a large dog, and a medium sized dogs. This collection of pets gives us a good amount of experience in caring for different types of pets as well as how they interact with each other. In addition to our own pets we have also cared for some of our friends pets overnight on many occasions and have shared houses with roommates who have also had dogs and cats. I have no prior professional experience caring for others pets, do I m a behavioral psychologist who has worked with neurodivergent children for many years and can apply these concepts to pet care. One of us works from home 5 days a week and the other works from home 2 days a week. With the exception of some meetings, can be flexible to provide care at most times of the day. In our experience, that dogs and cats crave more than anything else is safety, trust, and an understanding of the ways they attempt to communicate with you. Our pets are capable of being on their own when needed, but when we are around they never leave our sides even for a moment. They are obedience as trained through positive reinforcement and socialization through meaningful experiences. They look to us for guidance, but we also like to challenge them to think for themselves to solve problems such as getting a to out of reach or navigating to us when the path is not visibly clear. I give this level of attention and support to every pet I meet and know how to build a relationship of trust and respect quickly and effectively. Even pets belonging to former roommates tend to follow me more than their owners after enough time.

About: I used to have a black Labrador retriever who i loved sooo much. She passed away from old age when i was in highschool, but my love for dogs began with her! I love any and all dogs and im the person to trust with your fur babies! I wfm and I’m in school full time so I’m very flexible with my daily schedule. I can take your pet to go potty on a consistent basis:) I live in an apartment complex but there is a grass area downstairs for dogs. I also am in a very walkable area, right next to the pike in Long Beach. We can go walk across the street to the lighthouse area that is very grassy and hilly which your dog will enjoy. I will take your dog out for a walk/to go potty however often you would like me to according to your schedule you have set for them!

About: I have three years pet sitting, ever since I found this app I’ve found a side job I enjoy doing. Pet sitting is very relaxing thing to do . I enjoy long walks and connecting with animals. I’m an active person so I like taking a friend along with me . Pets are good waking buddies and good listeners. About: I take my roommates dogs on walks and for daily play time. I have done some training with her and picked her up from vet appointments. I have a daily routine of taking the dogs for walks in the morning. I am available morning and afternoons. It's important to make time for the pets. Never yelling at pets. I think the best way to form a relationship with an animal is by getting to know them and training them.

About: I am a third year college student attending CSULB majoring in hospitality management. I grew up in the Bay Area where I’ve babysat for many years, and pet sit for the last few. Many of which have been ongoing for the past few years. Growing up I had a gecko, and then later on had a hairless cat, which now lives with my older brother. About: I have been caring for dogs for over 40 years, off and on and for the last 6 years. I work part time from home and my teens are homeschooling so I have time at home to play and care for your loved ones. In my home, pets are family and they are treated as such! I have a big, enclosed backyard for lots of playtime fun and doggy door access from the house so they have plenty of places to roam and explore. I have 2 small dogs (Coco 5yrs. is a Pug Mix and Luna 4 yrs is a Pug), both rescues. Luna we raised from 3 months old. They love meeting new friends and playing in a pack! I have been using Rover myself, for almost eight years, whenever we go on vacation and I love this service! My dogs have so much fun when they are away with their sitter family and I want to help other dogs and families feel the same peace of mind while they are away! I am lucky enough to be able to work part time from home and assist my homeschooling teens. Because I am home everyday, I make time to get outside often. I include all of the dogs in our playtime and the more, the merrier! I live in a house with a fenced in backyard. I have easy access to the backyard with a doggy door. I allow dogs on our furniture. They are part of the family, after all. My home is dog proof and I gate off areas they are not allowed, such as kids rooms. Dogs sleep in my room, either in a dog bed or kennel, whatever you prefer. I have extra beds & blankets as well. We spend time doing outdoor play a few times a day.
