I am a ER Veterinary Assistant with BLS/ALS training and prioritize a calm, empathetic, and trauma-informed approach to caregiving for your loved ones. I am a Registered Veterinary Technician student at the Orange County Veterinarian Assistant School, & a Pre-Vet student at Arizona State University. I am a volunteer coordinator for Mals House Rescue and a volunteer of the Animal Resource Center (shelter) in Ontario. I prioritize a calm & directed approach to caregiving & training as a dog mom of Luna, a rescued 1.5 year-old pit bull mix from Carson Shelter. I specialize in caring for dogs with medical needs & supporting decompression after shelter and abuse and traumatic experiences. As a dog mom of a 1.5 year old pit bull mix, 8 year old terrier and a 5 year old Labrador mix, I value my pups as a family and put their well-being first. I have participated in dog reactivity and sensitivity and dog walking at the animal shelter and with my pit bull pup, Luna.

Mahima was very communicative and made sure to send lots of pictures and videos. My request for drop-in visits was last minute but she was able to accommodate. I would recommend her for any pet parents!

Mahima was fantastic! If I could leave more than five stars I would. She is detail oriented, and followed all my instructions perfectly. I was worried about my reactive boy. But she handled him beautifully, and is very confident in her approach. She sent many videos of daily activities, ensuring my furry friend was well taken care of. If she was unclear, she didn't hesitate to ask. She left my house immaculate. Mahima is extremely kind and respectful, and a lovely human being. I highly recommend her.
