About: I have been a pet owner my whole life. My family's first pet was a cat who preferred to be away from humans. Living with him taught me how to respect the reclusive cat while still providing a loving environment for them. The second pet I grew up with was a highly energetic and profusely anxious weimeraner. She taught me how to work with larger dogs with high energy and how to help calm their nervous system when she got over-excited (which was at least once a day). In college I volunteered at a local cat sanctuary where I cleaned the enclosures while the cats were still in them. I interacted with cats who were on the entire spectrum of sociabiltiy ranging from big sweet baby energy to very feral. I currently have two cats that I adopted. I have had to give them rounds of medicine and have had to learn the best ways to administer it. I am also at their command for whenever they want attention, which is at least once an hour. Thank you so much for considering me as your drop- in sitter! Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions about my experience with our furry friends. I am available most days and times Monday-Friday. I am also an early riser! Weekends I have less availability as I am training to be a pilates instructor. However I will be available after 5:30pm. I ensure that all pets that i have watched have a clean and comfortable environment to live in. When I drop in on dogs, the first things that I do are look for any accidents (especially if that is known to be an issue) and then I make sure that they have some fresh water. I also make sure to give them a little treat if that is allowed as well. If there is a yard I will let them out and supervise them the whole time, or just give them lots of scratches instead if thats what they prefer. I will pick up any and all poop that I find and ensure that it is disposed of properly. For cats I do the same thing and make sure that the litter box or boxes are scopped. I also ensure that the area around the litter boxes is maintained particularly if a furry friend is inclined to really throwing around the litter. If cats are out and about while I drop in and want attention, I will make sure to give them all the pets and scratches they desire. If they are on the independent side, I respect that and let them decide of they want to interact or not.

About: Hi, I’m Kelsey! I grew up with dogs (I currently have a Boston Terrier) and I’ve pet-sat for over 10 years. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, and everything in between. My dog is everything to me so I understand how important it is that your pet is well taken care of and loved while you’re away! I work from home so my schedule is very flexible! Taking a dog out for a walk is a great break during the work day. I have a small, fenced front yard that I allow dogs to spend time in with supervision. I have a small dog (Boston Terrier) that will also be in the home if you book daycare. He is very friendly and loves having a playmate around! I like to only take 1 client at a time to ensure they are getting the best care.

In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure to leave everything clean and just as I found it. About: I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember! As a teen and young adult, I would often offer to walk roommates' or friends' dogs because I enjoyed spending time with them. I’ve helped people and dogs of all sizes and ages, from puppies to senior dogs that need a bit more TLC. I developed an interest in dog psychology to better understand how they communicate which evolved into helping train friend's dogs until I adopted my own Staffordshire Terrier in 2014. When I adopted him, he was very weary of people and had a hard time socializing with dogs. Located in Belmont Shore with 24-hour security in my building, next to the beach trail and a park for walks. I can also bring your loved pet to my house for care. About: I have had dogs my entire life, the majority of them being Rottweilers (5) with one small dog in the mix as well. I am familiar with raw diets, kibble diets, and what is okay to give a dog as a snack for a reward. I am unafraid of handling large or small dogs and am well versed with dogs that are extremely energetic (i.e.- Aussies). I am more than happy to take your dog for a walk, run, or just a fun romp around the park in your area. I also am fully capable of taking care of multiple pets of different breeds, species etc.
