“Emely and Andrew did a wonderful job! Lots of pictures and communication to let me know how he did and when they started and finished. I will definitely book them again.”

“Claudia was amazing and super responsive! Easily the best Rover I’ve ever had. Thank you again!”

Carolyn U.

“Carolyn was an amazing pet sitter. She did drop ins to our house twice a day to feed our cat and dog. During that time she played with them, fed them, gave them fresh water, and took our dog for walks. She also sent us pictures and videos of our cat and dog while we were on vacation. Carolyn is very personable and cared for our pets like they were her own. She did an awesome job and we are looking forward to using her services again. Thank you Carolyn! ❤️”

Tanya G.

“Tanya is so wonderful! My kitties are not very outgoing with new people (and sometimes with me) but she was so good with them and got them out of their shell a bit more each day! We got updates every day with pictures on the Rover card. Tanya is very friendly and professional too. I recommend her to anyone that needs help taking care of their pets!”

Michelle P.

“Michelle is great! She took excellent care of both our fur babies, always on time with reports and pictures. I would not hesitate to recommend or use her again!”

Anjelica V.

“Very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!! 5 stars!!”

Alina H.
About: Nice to meet you! My name is Alina and I have about 2 years of professional pet-care experience. I have always loved all kinds of animals and have been vegetarian for almost 10 years! I have 2 senior dogs, Nala and Daphne, who grew up with me and I love very much. For over a year, I worked as a veterinary technician at a hospital in Huntington Beach. My experience working as a technician has helped to educate me on proper healthcare for canines and felines, how to deal with fractious animals, and treatment of both young and senior pets. Let’s work together! At the moment, I work part-time. I am very flexible and can change my personal schedule as needed. I am available every day, but I have school on Monday from 1-4, Tuesday 8-10, and Thursday 8-12:30. I ensure your pet and I will have a great time together! I prefer to do services in the client’s own home as new environments can be stressful for some pets.

Ellie G.
About: My name is Ellie and I am 27 years old, originally from California. I have worked with all types of animals as well as owned quite a few; from cats, to dogs, to horses. For the past 13 years I started as kennel help in an Animal Hospital and continued on to become a veterinarian assistant. I have worked closely with extremely sick and young animals and know how to give them the attention and care that they need. This has also made me much more responsive to animals who are happy and healthy. I am extremely loving and passionate towards all animals and want to provide them with the best care! I have a great connection with animals and feel strongly about their health and safety. I currently work part-time (remotely) and have a lot of flexibility in my day. I can help you and your furry loved one get the exercise they need! I have a small apartment with a gated patio. Your pet can spend their day or just a few hours with me. They can get their energy out and some vitamin D!

Amie P.
“Amie loves dogs and enjoys getting them out to walk and get some exercise. She does a great job and takes dogs for a great walk.”

Carol N.

“Carol did a drop-in on my pup. She was on time, had excellent communication, and sent great photos of their playtime together. I felt great knowing that my pup was well taken care of when I could not be there. After trying out many other sitters we have found our forever sitter. We love Carol and highly recommend her!”

Heather V.
“I’m so thankful I met Heather. What a lifesaver. She sat for the weekend with my German Shepard. She was so sweet and my dog just seemed to like her. It was as if she had known Heather for years. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her care while I was away.”

About: I have two pets of my own, and they are very well behaved. I am very good with the leash and have a way of understanding pet body language to understand their needs, quirks, triggers, etc... I am a owner of a small hair salon in Seal Beach CA, and I work 3-4 days a week. I have free time and I use it generally spending time with my pets. I figure I could spend some of that time spending quality time with pets whose parents work, or go to school and travel. I am available Mondays and Tuesdays for walks or drop ins. I have pretty standard rules and regulations inside my home with my pets. They have their "spots" to lie in, they are generally quiet and unaffected by the sounds going on outside of the home. I use the squirt bottle method to train my own pets into not barking, not caring about the mail man, and to not jump or annoy guests coming into the home. One move out of line and they get a squirt, and it seems to work every time. They get three walks a day and they eat at the same time every morning, afternoon and before bed. We make dinner fun and exciting, and walks feel like a treat. When my pets aren't feeling food I can tell and I make it a point to care for them immediately. For clients I would learn their methods and make sure it aligns with my ethics and enforce the house rules for them while I am the steward of their pets. I do regular check ins with pet parents so they know about any changes in their pets mood, temperament, stool etc... I love dogs so much and I feel they all deserve a chance to be loved, fed, walked and safe. I try to help them all feel this way in the best way I know how.

Jennifer R.

“Jennifer was amazing! Our puppy and cat loved her, she followed all of the instructions we asked her to, provided us with a detailed update and plenty of photos, and even went the extra mile on a couple things we did not ask her to do. We will definitely work with her again!!”

Kellie A.

“Kellie has been coming to hang out with my 5lb Yorkie, Killah, for the last 6 weeks or so. He is very scared/uncomfortable/aggressive with strangers so I told Kellie that she had quite the challenge ahead of her. After 6 weeks, she and Killah are now (slowly) becoming friends and I can see in the pictures she sends that he is comfortable with her presence. Above all else, she has been extremely patient and has not given up on him. Can't wait to see the progress over the coming months!”

Nick B.
“Nick is a very compassionate person. He loves dogs! He is very respectful of elders. He has taken very good care of his family pet dogs”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dog for 15.5 years and have stayed with family pets for up to 3 weeks at a time. Maintaining a schedule and routine is something I value as a sitter. I work a regular 8-5 job but wfh on Fridays and have weekend availability. Evening dog walks or early morning weekend runs are my specialty I believe in leaving spaces better than I found it, and that include your furry friends. Snuggles are always on the agenda and making sure your home is left in a great place is top priority.

Mahala E.
“May is a teammate of mine and watched my dog, a 2 year old mini Bernedoodle named Tucker, for the past 6 months whenever I needed help. She is very reliable. Her communication was always on point, and she made sure he was always fed the right amount of food and always had water. May took Tucker to the park, on walks, and gave him endless pets and snuggles. Tucker now cries every time I pick him up from May’s house because he doesn’t want to leave! May is the only person I trust with my pup, and his favorite! I would recommend her as a top choice to take care of anyone’s dog. She goes above and beyond with making them feel loved and cared for.”

Peter S.
“We’ve been using Pete now for almost two years for drop ins and house sitting. He’s spent anywhere from 1 hour to two weeks taking care of our fur family. Our boys (husky/saint Bernard and dachshund/beagle) really adore him. He takes such great care of the pack (and the house) when we have to be away; while we alway hate being away from them and miss them terribly, we feel at ease knowing Pete is there to take care of them (plus he sends a lot of photos and keeps us up to date on them).”

About: I’ve had pets in my family since I was born! From dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs. I now live on my own away from my family and would love a pet of my own. Since that doesn’t seem like it’s in the cards for me right now, I would love to take care of your pet and love them! Thank you I currently work in child care Monday- Friday in the evenings for a few hours for sessions. I currently have weekends open and would love to spend them walking pets and taking care of them. For the past year my roommate had two cats and I cared for them my helping with their litter box and feeding them when she was out of the house. My new roommate currently has a cat and I spend lots of time with her. I love snuggling with her, brushing her, and playing with her. I have one dog at my parents house in San Diego and he’s 12 years old, I love him so much and wish I could see him more often, I enjoy throwing tennis balls with him and taking him to the store with me. He also won’t eat food unless we hand feed it to him so I also do that. Thanks
