“Kennedy was such a great sitter! I needed a last minute sitter and he was able to help me check in on my 13 year old pug all week. He gave her lots of love and provided updates. As a pet sitter myself, I 100% recommend Kennedy and his services. Reliable, friendly, and a true pet lover!”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for a wide range of dogs, including breeds like pit bulls, German shepherds, huskies, english bullterriers, bulldogs, and American bullies. I’ve raised and trained my current dog from a puppy and cared for my previous dog through all stages of life, including senior care. I’m comfortable with different temperaments and energy levels, from high-energy dogs to more relaxed or older pets. I also have experience pet sitting for multiple types of animals, including cats, fish, turtles, and small aquatic pets. I’m patient and attentive, and I’ve worked with shy animals, earning their trust over time. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently a college student at CSULB with a consistent class schedule, which allows me to plan my pet care visits reliably. Depending on the day I’m typically available in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and I make sure to schedule my time so pets receive consistent attention, walks, and care. I’m dependable and communicate clearly if anything in my schedule changes. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including feeding routines, exercise, and any specific needs. I’m attentive to behavior and make sure pets feel secure in their own space. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind while they’re away.

From energetic pups to gentle seniors, I bring a structured, observant, and deeply compassionate approach to pet sitting. Your animal’s safety and happiness are my top priorities! I currently volunteer every Sunday at the Aquarium of the Pacific, and I have a flexible school schedule during the Fall and Spring semesters. I'm available afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. I'm available for drop-ins or to stay at the client's home. I'm comfortable doing walks, feedings, play time, and administering medications (no injections).
“Raymond was great for a last minute booking. I had to find a pet sitter real quick before heading out of town due to my other pet sitter not being able to watch him last minute. He was responsive and did well with watching Toby for the 2 drop ins he did.”

“Mary connects well with dogs, is communicative, and accommodating/considerate to our requests. She is our go-to when it comes to check-ins on Athena! Thank you, Mary!”

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats. Through this experience, I became comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and providing daily companionship. I am patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet's individual needs. My goal is to make sure every pet feels cared for, relaxed, and happy while their family is away! I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets throughout the week. My availability may vary, so please feel free to contact me for more details. I'd be happy to discuss your pet's needs and find a schedule that works for both of us! I currently provide care in my clients' homes. I understand that pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment, so I do my best to keep their routine consistent. I'll follow all care instructions carefully, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special requests. My goal is to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away!
“Emily has taken care of our cat on many occasions and this past weekend, she took care of our dog too. She is always reliable, helpful, and goes out of her way to make the pets feel comfortable.”

“Jennifer was absolutely fabulous when taking care of my two weeks while I was on vacation for three weeks. She took great care of the cats and they loved her hanging out with them. She sent amazing photos everyday and I felt great knowing that they were being well-cared for.”
About: I have loved dogs since I was a child but never had a the time to fully adopt. I assist in dog sitting for my family and friends and would love to open my heart to other dogs in the community! I am very active for dogs with a little more energy but also very calm and attentive for older or more anxious pups. I currently work from home on Thursdays and Fridays and am typically free on weekends. This allows me to do frequent drop ins and walks during the day. I live in a quiet private neighborhood that doesn’t have many cars and is filled with other friendly dogs. There is grass outside where dogs can sniff around and take care of business. We also have a large backyard where dogs can run around and bathe in the sunlight.
“Kelsy is the absolute best! She was so good with our mini-golden, Harvey. Harvey loves it when Kelsy comes by to take him out because he knows he’s in for an absolute treat! Would definitely recommend Kelsy to anyone and we will certainly use her again!”

“Kristen was amazing. She came by every day while I was on vacation to take care of my dogs, giving them plenty of playtime and snuggles while also making sure the house stayed in order. She even brought packages in and rotated the lights, which helped me feel at ease while I was away. She sent regular updates and photos that showed how happy and relaxed my pups were. She also scheduled a meet and greet a week beforehand and was so thorough and professional. I felt completely comfortable trusting both my dogs and my home to her. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her!”

About: Safari Parties was my business for 25 years. I have taken care all types of animals. I have had several dogs, my chiweenie just passed at 17 years. I love working with people and animals. I have a credecial in special education and during Covid I cared for an elderly friend for 4 years until she passed. July and August I am available any day or night. In September my schedule changes because I am a Substitute Teacher. So I’ll always be available on weekends and after school hours. Or if I don’t get a job. My care will depend on the need of the animmal and the desires of the owner. I am flexible and if the owner wants me to take their dog to dog beach, I will. I can buckle the dog in. On the other hand, if the owner wants their dog walked on a leash, then that’s what I will do.
About: Hi I’m Serena! I’m currently in my master’s program at CSULB! I work hard and give so much love to every single one of my client’s fur babies depending on all their needs. I've grown up with 5+ dogs in my lifetime and taken care of dogs and cats of every kind and size since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me with their pets while they were on vacation to walk, feed, and administering their medication (both orally and injections) to their pets. I've taken animal CPR and have lots of experience with senior care with three senior dogs. I’m current attending college at CSULB but I am available in the mornings and evenings for drop in visits. For overnight or extended stays I am available Sunday-Saturday. I will care for them in your home and follow the instructions given to feed and drop in visits. If they are allowed outside, I will go outside with them and keep an eye on them both day and night. I will never let them outside on their own due to safety reasons. If discussed and allowed to housesit, I will keep your pets company for hours doing my quiet hobbies (Reading, drawing, etc.) since my pets tend to dislike being alone in the house for long periods of time.
About: I have significant experience walking and managing large, high-energy breeds. I am very comfortable with dogs of all sizes, especially larger dogs that require a confident and steady hand on the leash. I’m physically active and enjoy taking dogs on long, brisk walks that truly tire them out. As I finish my final university semester this May, my schedule is extremely flexible. I’ve dedicated this month to local gig work, which means I am in the Long Beach area all day. This allows me to easily pivot to your pet’s needs, whether it’s a mid-day walk or a specific feeding window, ensuring they get consistent attention while you’re away from home. I treat your home with the highest level of respect. This includes double checking that all doors and gates are securely locked when I arrive and leave, ensuring alarms are set correctly, and keeping the home exactly as I found it. My goal is to leave everything as I found it + a happy well-cared for pet :)
“Mystic loves when Shelli pops in to play with her! :) I love seeing the videos that Shelli sends… Her tail is wagging full speed and her excitement is overflowing!! Nothing eases your mind more than knowing your puppy is being loved and well taken care of when you’re not there❤️ Thank you Shelli for always being so GREAT!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting/walking for 7 years, and I’ve had both cats and dogs my entire life. As cheesy as it is, animas are my world and I love being able to meet so many of your sweet babies! I am going to school four days a week and I have a part time job. I have blocked off all days I can’t be available on Rover! Open communication is super important, and lots of pics! State College Area pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jennifer was a fantastic sitter for my animals while I was on an extended vacation. Not only did she provide detailed descriptions for each visit and plenty of very well shot pictures, but she also brought in unexpected deliveries instead of leaving everything on the porch. I will definitely use her again!

Erin did a great job about taking care of our cat! She gave us daily updates and lots of pictures to let us know how our cat was doing. It really helped give us a peace of mind while we were away. She also did great about guiding us through the process of what to expect and was quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely recommend her!
Bronte took a last-minute booking to look after our cat Pacho, which we really appreciated. She had no issues handling his picky eating and daily routine. She is reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. We would recommend her without hesitation to other pet parents!

Ryan & Cindy were so wonderful with my cat June. Photos and videos from each drop-in showed how happy she was & made it just a little bit easier to be away from her! Although I know June was a little shy at first, it meant so much to me that they took the time to sit with her & give her time to be comfortable so she could do her favorite activity - play with her string!! I will definitely be booking with them again in the future - thanks for everything :)!
