“Mary is the best! She gives great detailed descriptions, prompt, has compassion and love for our high maintenance cat. She has always been so good with him, and he can be difficult at times. She always says what a joy he is to watch. I would give her 10 stars if possible! She also did some extra duties while we were gone! Mary is the best!❤️”

“We appreciate Jennifer taking care of Cooper while we are away. She does a great job of keeping us updated with terrific notes and photos. And Cooper warms up to her each time. A win all the way around.”

“Oh my goodness Raymond was so amazing, very professional and personable, he really went above and beyond, made us feel perfectly at ease knowing how well he took care of all our babies while we were away. We are absolutely going to recommend his services to all our friends and family and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for everything.”

“Amy did a great job with Charlie! She took Charlie out on nice long walks, and sent detailed reports and pics! We will definitely book her again next time we need someone to check in and walk our dog.”
“Kennedy was such a great sitter! I needed a last minute sitter and he was able to help me check in on my 13 year old pug all week. He gave her lots of love and provided updates. As a pet sitter myself, I 100% recommend Kennedy and his services. Reliable, friendly, and a true pet lover!”

I would be honored to offer special attention to your dog, cat, puppy, or kitten when you are unavailable. My schedule is currently flexible allowing me to pop by for potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, walks (long, short, quick paced or slow), administer medications throughout the day. Your pets safety and happiness is my top priority, while following their routine and abiding by your house rules. I’ll give your pet the same loving attention I give my own.
“Meghan went above and beyond all my expectations! I was leaving for a trip, and our dog sitter called out sick. Meghan gladly accepted our Bubba at the last minute. She regularly checked in with us, showing where he had walked, how happy he was with his new companion, and, most importantly, that he always had company. She was very communicative and understanding of his needs as an old Bubba American Eskimo.I would highly recommend Meghan to anyone needing a care giver for their furry baby. Thank you so much Meghan you're truly the best!!”

“We were so grateful to have Jennylyn take care of our cat while we were out of town. She responded to our messages promptly and kept us updated with regular photos and reports. Our cat can be quite sassy, mischievous, and not always friendliest, but Jennylyn was very patient and handled things wonderfully. We felt at easy knowing our cat was in great hands. We'd definitely book with Jennylyn again and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.”

“Maiko was amazing with Teddy! It’s already difficult leaving Teddy at home alone, not knowing if he’d be okay since he needed special attention because he was stuck as a cone head for a couple of weeks, so finding someone that I fully trust to care for him while I was away meant the world to me. Maiko came over to my house to check up on Teddy and they went on so many walks. She was also great with sending pictures and frequently kept me updated! I will be calling Maiko again and recommend her 100%!”

“Bronte looked after our cat Pacho for five days. We got photos and updates after each drop-in visit. It was clear Pacho loved her. Bronte is caring, communicative and trustworthy and I would without hesitation recommend her to other pet parents.”

About: I love dogs, cats, and everything in between! I’ve taken care of my brothers puppy for 5 months, my own dog for about 5.5 years, my grandmas and my aunts dogs for a few years, both of whom live farther away, and have given walks, baths, and naps to all of them. I am currently down from my studies at UC Berkeley back in my hometown of long beach, and am currently on break from my job up there so this is my main priority aside from mental health, but dogs solve that! My home is fenced in and in a nice neighborhood, I care for dogs with kibble-based meals, raw food meals, and everything in between, I have a large bathtub for any dogs, and will do whatever the owner would like at their home as well. I am a naturally clean person and will keep a client’s home very clean as well.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have taken care of them numerous times for my family members and friends! I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages! 🐾 I’m currently still in school until June so my availability will be limited but after that I’m open for everyday of the week. I’ll check in with you about any unique tendencies concerning your pet(s) and make sure to follow them as I’m working. When I am done I’ll make sure no mess is left behind, leaving your home upright!
“Kristen was amazing. She came by every day while I was on vacation to take care of my dogs, giving them plenty of playtime and snuggles while also making sure the house stayed in order. She even brought packages in and rotated the lights, which helped me feel at ease while I was away. She sent regular updates and photos that showed how happy and relaxed my pups were. She also scheduled a meet and greet a week beforehand and was so thorough and professional. I felt completely comfortable trusting both my dogs and my home to her. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her!”

“Christina was great! She was responsive and good and communicating her visit and how my cat was doing during her time watching her. She took great care of my cat while I was out of town.”

Los Altos pet parents share their Rover experiences
Alissa did a fantastic job watching my cat during an unexpected trip, even on short notice. She sent detailed updates and photos with every visit, and it was such a relief knowing my needy cat was in great hands. He was also very happy, getting lots of head scratches and pets😻. I could be away with peace of mind.

Ryan & Cindy were so wonderful with my cat June. Photos and videos from each drop-in showed how happy she was & made it just a little bit easier to be away from her! Although I know June was a little shy at first, it meant so much to me that they took the time to sit with her & give her time to be comfortable so she could do her favorite activity - play with her string!! I will definitely be booking with them again in the future - thanks for everything :)!
