“It’s always hard to leave a family member home with a sitter. Janey is different. She cares for your pet as a member of her family. I’ve met Janey a few times before leaving on my 4 night trip. I started with a meet and greet. Then I scheduled a 4 hour house visit. So by my scheduled trip I knew that Colbie would be comfortable with her. I had a few “asks” of her during the stay and she fulfilled them up to my expectations. I knew after the first night that I didn’t need to get pictures and updates from her. Liz took wonderful care of my 2 pups and house for the week! She updated me twice/day with photos and a few videos as well! We would highly recommend Luke for any pet care needs! He watched our fur baby for over two weeks and we had full confidence that he was well taken care of during our whole trip. Mia was kind and attentive and my puppy Koa had a great time with her. She made sure to clarify any questions she had and also was super open to learning how to feed him his special diet. She spent a lot of time with Koa taking him to the dog park and on walks which he loves!
Veronica was an absolute dream to work with! Our older pups started experiencing some random symptoms about a week before our trip to Japan and we contemplated cancelling the whole trip but Veronica gave us so much comfort and reassurance which also gave us peace of mind.
