About: Growing up I helped take care of my family and friends dogs and cats, and I started with rover a little over a year ago. I am currently taking classes at Hawai’i Pacific University and have a lot of down time between classes and on weekends and I am looking for a part-time job to make some money for school. I have a leash that works for all sizes of dogs. I will bring treats with me and I will provide poop bags for walks.
About: I’ve always been surrounded by furry friends from my childhood pups Oreo and Cameo to my brother’s sweet pit bulls and my best friend’s energetic heeler. I’ve volunteered at shelters, fostered kittens, and cared for pets of all ages. With me, your fur baby will get plenty of aloha, belly rubs, and adventures! I work full-time during the week but am available on weekends and select weekdays. I’m organized and committed to prioritizing quality time, walks, and play with your doggie. Whether in my home or yours, I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I follow your pet’s usual routines, ensure fresh food and water, give daily walks, playtime, and lots of affection, and keep you updated so you have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: Growing up, my family always had at least one dog, but there was even a time we had 4 dogs and several puppies to take care of all at once, too! (Plus my sister and I convinced our parents to get a cat!... I'm sure they felt a little out numbered..) I was in charge of making sure the pets were properly fed, had fresh water, and of course that they got to see a little more of the world on their daily walk or occasional run...I am pretty active, so if you feel your pup needs a little extra movement and would like to run, I am open to all their needs! I am here to listen to your wants and concerns for your animal and am here to help! I am open to caring for dogs of all types, size, ages, and stages. I've helped take care of everything from a few second old newborn pup to nursing momma to an old dog that has all the tricks. Here in Hawai'i, I have not been able to have a pet myself (not an optimal space, or not allowed), so I thought it would be a great opportunity to help others like you take care of their furry friends!!! :) My schedule is currently open for anytime to care for your special animals! In the near future, anytime in the mornings (great time for a cool walk while we go into the hot summer!) or late evenings will be my optimal time to assist and take care of your furry friends, but I will of course communicate and update my availability when the time comes. I am free on the weekends anytime, so if you need someone to check in on your pup while on your weekend getaway, I am there for you! :) I will care for your animals likes and needs as YOU see fit. I believe pets are family and deserve just as much of a healthy happy life as we do! And though I hope to be somewhat a part of your pets daily life, there's no one that knows them like you! I will take your guidance of their usual routine and activity, plus any notes of their personality to make sure your fur babies are getting the best routine and care suitable for them!
About: I’m a lifelong dog and cat lover with four cats of my own, and I grew up in a home filled with both dogs and cats. I’m very active and enjoy taking long walks, playing at parks, and spending quality time with pets. I understand how important it is for cats and dogs to get the attention and care they need, and I’m dedicated to making sure every pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I am currently between jobs, and the government furlough has delayed the start of my new job. Because of this, I am searching for alternative income. I have a very open and accommodating schedule and am able to work when you need me to. I am a very attentive pet owner. I make sure that my pets are loved and cared for. They always have a clean-living environment with food, water, and the amenities they need. I am sensitive to animals and their needs and will make sure that your pet gets the attention and care they need.

About: Companion animals are my whole world. I began taking care of pets (my family’s as well as neighbours’) when I was 7. I am fully dialled in to animal personality and behaviour and have a joyful love and sincere appreciation for companion animals. I am an excellent choice if you have cats and/or a senior dog. I have taken care of pets with dementia, epilepsy, and paralysis. No car as of May 2026: access to bus-route is necessary!** I record voiceovers and audiobooks from home. I go for long walks (1-2 hours) each day whether I’m dog-sitting or not. I am a joyful, gentle, and courteous person. I prioritise morning sunshine and productive, creative solitude. I am patient and discerning and maintain a healthy sleep schedule. I am a homebody: I go for walks and I love sunshine and the beach, but am otherwise I am happy keeping the house clean and occupied. I go to bed early and rise with the sun. I will not entertain or accept visitors. I am meticulously clean and pride myself on leaving spaces better than I find them. I am communicative and consistent. I have responded effeciently to several medical emergencies in both dogs and cats, and successfully resuscitated two dogs. I am very observant and spent my childhood studying veterinary texts and nature documentaries. I have noticed and responded to anything from fecal impaction to heat exhaustion to molt/shedding dysfunction and allergic reaction. I pay full attention to pets and am here to serve!
“Absolutely amazing. Claudia helped us with drop-in visits to feed and care for our cat, Kara. She was trustworthy, responsible, attentive, communicative, and caring. Kara is normally very shy and doesn’t like new people, but she went right up to Claudia and clearly enjoyed her company! Knowing Claudia was there to take care of our cat/home made it so much easier to enjoy our vacation. Wonderful first experience.”

“We are so grateful for Darby! This was our first time booking with her and at first we were so nervous because it was also the first time we were leaving island for over 2 weeks. She took amazing care of our 3 cats and sent lots of updates, photos, and videos. She even spent extra time with them and also made sure we came home to a clean house. I highly recommend her!”

“Lianna is fantastic! I have used her many times and will continue to. My boys enjoy her visits, evident in the photos of her drop ins. I always feel confident and comfortable knowing Lianna will be checking in on them.”

“Daniel was a fantastic sitter for my cat over the holidays. He was able to come around the same time every day and did everything needed for my cat and went above and beyond to anticipate my pets needs. He sent many photos and updates, and was very quick to respond when contacted. Daniel was great, hoping he is available the next time I travel!!”

About: Most recently in March 2022, I enjoyed housesitting a sharpei for 3 weeks. Before that I housesat a very adorable golden doodle for a week. In 2021, my friends would often leave their dogs with me when they would travel lasting from days - weeks. I recently completed the Google UX Design Certificate. Therefore, I’ll be job hunting full time; I have time throughout the day to walk, feed, and hang out with your dog! Since I will be housesitting, your dog will be familiar and comfortable in their own home, decreasing the possibility of anxiety and maximizing their comfort!

About: Aloha mai kākou! Dogs have always been my favorite kind of company. I share my home with my own two pups, Mahina and Linus, who keep my life full of walks, cuddles, and a lot of personality, so a house with a dog in it always feels right to me. I’ve been the go-to dog sitter for my family and friends for years. I’m the regular sitter for my parents’ two small dogs, so I know the ins and outs of caring for little ones, their routines, their quirks, and the extra gentleness they sometimes need. I also regularly watch a friend’s 100-pound dog when they’re away, so big, energetic pups are right in my comfort zone too. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities for families across the island, and I’ve loved every one of them like my own. Whether your pup is a tiny lap dog or a giant goofball, I’ll keep them safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I treat every dog like ʻohana, because we all are.
“Ria is reliable and dependable. She is such a super sweet woman and so loving with our three kitties. She catsat for us for about a week and a half and sent us plenty of pictures, gave us a nice description of what’s going on at home and gave them lots of love and playtime. She is very attentive and clearly cared about my cats as if they were her own.”

I moved to Hawaii for a new career opportunity and miss my family pets so much and am looking to spend time with some dogs and cats! (I don’t have pets in Hawaii, despite what my profile says!) I have fostered many pets through animal shelters and volunteered throughout college walking dogs. I would love to get to meet your furry best friend and help her take the best possible care of them! I am a flight attendant so my schedule is unique as when I am on Oahu I am wildly available but when I am on a trip, I have no flexibility. Please message me and I’ll let you know if I’m in town! Emily was absolutely wonderful with our two toy poodles! From the moment she met them, they took to her immediately, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She followed all of our instructions perfectly and went above and beyond what we asked of her. It was clear from her updates and photos that she genuinely cared about our dogs and spent quality time with them during each drop-in visit. Thank you so much for everything!!

I rarely leave town but after meeting Janey I knew my old gal would be in great hands. Every walk came with photos of my baby and they gave me peace of mind that it was OK to be out of town for the weekend. Janey made the entire experience seamless and even fun Her attention to detail and positive attitude was what my family needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and rebook again.... that ryhmed btw. Lol... Great job again and we hope to see you soon. Love J S and B

Sonja was such a great sitter. My pups were looked after and cared for while I was on an international trip and I had to have her look in on them last minute. She was very responsive and kept me updated the entire time. Will definitely reach out for any future trips!🐶😊

Liana was amazing with our puppy! Our pup is very anxious with new people, especially in his space. Liana was extremely patient with him, made the effort to make him feel comfortable, and was extremely diligent with her notes and photos after each visit. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for loving care for their furry friend!

I knew my Bubba was going to be in good hands after meeting Chase during our meet and greet. Chase asked questions to make sure he had my boy’s somewhat complicated routine down. During the visit, he provided updates and wonderful pics and videos that were much appreciated. The house and Bubba were in great shape when I got back from my trip. I would not hesitate to book Chase again in the future :)

Brandi is great! She is very communicative and is always on time. My two pups absolutely love her! She brightens their day when she comes over to give them a potty break during our long work hours. Our older dog has some health problems and she gives him his mid-day mediation. Their quality of life is so much better now that she’s a part of it!

Briana was amazing! She literally went above and beyond for my fur baby. She was originally only supposed to do drop-ins, but offered to bring him home with her due to the wind advisory for the state. She kept me informed my entire trip, and did everything to make sure he was comfy! I would 100% suggest her to anyone thinking of booking her, DO IT!
