About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs, ranging from puppies/kittens through adult/senior cats and dogs as well. I will always make sure your pet is taken care of and well loved! Open availability on the weekends and limited weekday availability as I am a full time student. Please inquire for additional details or if you have any questions! I will always ensure that your pets are comfortable in their environment. Whether that is in their home or on a walk. I will be vigilant when watching your pet so that you don’t have to worry! I will also provide photo updates regularly and whenever requested.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life, and I have extensive experience in dog-walking and sitting, cat care, and home care, ever since I was a teenager. I love animals and am even a wildlife photographer. I have personal experience service training dogs for psychiatric service, as well. I am able to ensure not only premium, safe, and reliable love and care for your animals, but also your plants and the general welfare of your home while you’re away. If your animal has special needs or training curriculums, I am able to meet them, so your time away doesn’t become time off from necessary routines or specialized care. Additional services and excursions (hikes, dog parks, beach days, etc.) are available upon request. Mahalo for thinking of me for the care of your pet! I work part time in the evenings and am a member of a canoe paddling team that practices three to four times per week, so my schedule is flexible with plenty of time for your pets! Being a dog-owner myself, maintaining routines and going the extra mile for play and exercise is important to me. I am currently self-training my rescue for psychiatric service, so I am very comfortable working with dogs from a variety of backgrounds with different levels of confidence and social comfort. I have also cared for cats and am comfortable with their often varying levels of social needs, as well as their basic care. I will never use negative reinforcement with your animal, ensuring a gentle, fun, and trustworthy experience for your pet. Additional services and home care (plant care, delivery reception, maintenance/vendor monitoring, etc.) are available, as well.
“Megan was wonderful. Took great care of Nigel and took extra time to keep us updated on how he’s doing and make sure he had some human interaction. Would book again.”

“Darby went ABOVE and beyond to make sure my kitties were cared for and well loved, changing their litter when we ran into some issues and going back an extra time when their auto feeder ran out. They also were so much more comfortable because of her which I appreciate more than anything!! She’s such a gem!”

“Our for babies were very happy under Ria's care. Ria was very easy to communicate with and she made sure that our two kitties got all the care and love they needed. Would definitely recommend her for your next pet sitting/companion needs!”

I’m a student that doesn’t work during the week so I have a lot of free time that i’d love to spend with your pup! I’ll take them on frequent walks and give them the loving they need:) I’m very careful with all animals as they can’t communicate their feelings to us. Jenna went above and beyond to make sure my Bubba boy was well taken care of! Her warm energy makes it so clear that she has a genuine love for animals and her curiosity for his routine helped me feel comfortable knowing she was open to adapting if needed. Bubba can be stubborn and tricky but quickly warmed up to her which is a testament to her as a person and as a professional pet sitter. 100/10, would absolutely book again :) Thank you so much!

Liana was amazing! She took such good care of our fur baby. The photos and updates were detailed and gave us the peace of mind while we were away. I provided a towel and shoes for our pup, and she used them at all the appropriate times. Our dog takes allergy medicine everyday and Liana was organized with the tracking of it. Our dog is also going through some weird stomach issues and Liana gave us updates on this without being prompted, it was great to know the progress of it. Liana knew exactly what to do and when. She was a great dog sitter and we would love to book her services again. 😊

Very grateful and appreciative of Chloe’s help with dropping by daily to check in on my dog while I was away on a last-minute vacation for over a week! She provided daily updates with pictures and is professional, courteous and kind. My neighbors also happened to meet her when she visited and said the same. She was a pleasure and easy-going to work with! Would recommend again.

Emily was absolutely wonderful with our two toy poodles! From the moment she met them, they took to her immediately, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She followed all of our instructions perfectly and went above and beyond what we asked of her. It was clear from her updates and photos that she genuinely cared about our dogs and spent quality time with them during each drop-in visit. Thank you so much for everything!!

I rarely leave town but after meeting Janey I knew my old gal would be in great hands. Every walk came with photos of my baby and they gave me peace of mind that it was OK to be out of town for the weekend. Janey made the entire experience seamless and even fun Her attention to detail and positive attitude was what my family needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and rebook again.... that ryhmed btw. Lol... Great job again and we hope to see you soon. Love J S and B

Sonja was such a great sitter. My pups were looked after and cared for while I was on an international trip and I had to have her look in on them last minute. She was very responsive and kept me updated the entire time. Will definitely reach out for any future trips!🐶😊

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
