I just finished working at Penn Vet Working Dog Center in assisting to train working dogs that are trained for different disciplines such as; search and rescue, explosives, narcotics and medical detection. This is the second time we asked Janey to take care of our pet rabbit while we are away. Janey is very friendly and thoughtful. She updated us with pictures and videos, fed and played with our bunny, kept his “room” tidy. We feel safe for our pet and be able to enjoy our trips.
Liana was amazing! She took such good care of our fur baby. The photos and updates were detailed and gave us the peace of mind while we were away. I provided a towel and shoes for our pup, and she used them at all the appropriate times. Our dog takes allergy medicine everyday and Liana was organized with the tracking of it. Our dog is also going through some weird stomach issues and Liana gave us updates on this without being prompted, it was great to know the progress of it. Liana knew exactly what to do and when. She was a great dog sitter and we would love to book her services again. 😊

Very grateful and appreciative of Chloe’s help with dropping by daily to check in on my dog while I was away on a last-minute vacation for over a week! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
