Sunny was incredibly responsive and had such a warm and kind demeanor. From the very first day, Coco felt Sunny’s kindness and love, and she was completely relaxed, just as she is when she’s with us. We could see this through the photos and videos Sunny sent us, which gave us great peace of mind. Over the next few days, Coco continued going to Sunny’s home, and it was as if she had a second house—she felt completely at ease. While taking care of Coco, Sunny went above and beyond. She sent us multiple updates throughout the day with photos, videos, and messages, patiently hand-feeding Coco when she refused to eat, taking her for walks, and treating her like her own dog. She tried to send picks throughout the day but wasn’t as familiar with the day care settings so I didn’t get them until later. I don’t blame her for that though because Rover is not a very good app tbh haha. But I think she learned how to do it so I’m sure if she did it now she wouldn’t have a problem. Some of the pictures she took were really good, too. My feeding instructions don’t seem too difficult to me but lots of people who watch my pup don’t seem to get it right. But Nichole did it perfectly”
