Lauren was very flexible when I was running late one day from work. Appreciate her accommodation and terrific care.”

“Lauren is extremely sweet, enthusiastic and welcoming of new dogs. Establishing care with her was easy and accommodating, my dog is cautious with new people and dogs but typically very curious about new places. We had a well played out meet and greet to get to know the property, then Lauren, then her daughter and her dog. My dog, Poli’ahu, appeared at ease and became playful. Then we set up a trial day if care at Lauren’s home and all went well according to Lauren. I got photos from their walk with their dog and playtime at the house. Poli’ahu came home calm and tired. Excited to have Lauren as part of our doggy care support system.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs all my life. As an adult I had a border collie for 9 years. He was our first baby and we miss him deeply every day. I am happy to help our neighbors with dog care and maybe one day be a dog family once again. I work remotely from home. We have a 3 y/o in daycare and my husband works in town. I am available Monday through Friday at the house while most are at work. We have a fully fenced in single family house just a mile from the beach and less distance from Kailua town. We already have a relationship with Kailua vet clinics, Ali’i animal clinic, and feather and fur.
