About: Aloha! Official animal lover here, who’s had and taken care of various types of pets from Tarantulas, Turtles, Hamsters, Gerbils, Chameleons, parakeets, frogs, to rabbits, fish, cats and dogs! I would love to watch your furbaby and take great care of her/him! I’m experienced with caring for dogs and cats of all stages, big or small. I like to exercise, so your dog will get plenty of exercise (walk or run) with me:) I also speak Japanese and Spanish! I do not work, but do travel often to mainland as I have elderly parents. So when I’m on island I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies. My husband works from home, we recently bought a spacious single-family home with a yard and large lanai, so your dogs can enjoy hanging out inside or outside.
“James is the BEST ever! He takes care of our fur baby, Maya, like she is his own. She LOVES him and is so excited to see him!! We are so fortunate to have found her BFF!!”

About: I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 years, pet owner of cats, dogs and birds all my life. I am kind, respectful, responsible and friendly to all. I love getting to know any animal and see their different characteristics and personalities! Currently I’m focusing on my art and caring for family, so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to change my schedule according to what is needed. It is easier for me to care for pets in their own home as I have multiple pets in the household. I will try to maintain your pets normal routine.
“Lauren and her family took great care of our Penny! Lauren was really good at providing us with updates, photos and videos. Penny actually passed out on the way home and slept for much longer than she usually does so I know that she must have stayed busy.”

“Alexandra was really nice and updates us regularly. We were worried taking Budders to a stranger because he’s a shy dog and isn’t good with strangers but Alexandra knows how to handle Budders.”

“Sis was wonderful with our dog! Our pup is only nine months old so I was a bit worried about leaving her, but Sis made her feel right at home. She loved going over there every morning for doggy sitting. I would definitely use her again.”

About: I’ve been the primary caretaker for my dog for the past 7 years, handling everything from daily walks and feedings to baths and medication. I walk him at least four times a day and try to get in a longer mile-ish walk a few times a week so he can explore at his own pace. I’ve also cared for several friends’ dogs for multi-day stays ranging from a couple of days to over a week. Between that and growing up around pets, I’m very comfortable reading a dog’s personality and routine. My wife has lived with dogs her whole life as well, so our home is very dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the couch and our own dog sleeps in bed with us. I’ve also done a fair bit of basic training with him. I taught him “wait” (stay), helped him get comfortable with paw cleaning after walks, and even set up a little “dog nest” on the bed that he now uses as his sleeping spot. I’m attentive to routines, meds, and the little details that make pets feel comfortable. I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. I’m around most of the time and able to give dogs attention, bathroom breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Our normal routine is a morning outing, one in the afternoon, another around 5–6pm, and a final one around 9pm before bed. If a dog needs to go out sooner or starts pawing at the door, I’m always happy to take them out. I try to fit in longer walks when the weather and work schedule allow, usually in the evenings. Because I’m home during the day, pets aren’t left alone for long stretches and get plenty of interaction. I work from home and have a wrap-around fenced yard, so dogs have plenty of safe space to wander and get fresh air. I keep a close eye on them when they’re outside and follow their normal routines as closely as possible. Inside, dogs are welcome to relax and make themselves comfortable. Our home is very dog friendly, and we’re used to having pets around. If a dog needs to be crated for sleeping or while we step out briefly, we do have a crate available. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications, and any specific instructions from owners. I’m also happy to send photos or videos throughout the stay so you can see how your pet is doing.
“Lilian did an excellent job watching Lucy. I would highly recommend her to anyone ?. I look forward to contacting you in the future and will recommend you also. Aloha”

“Abraham was absolutely amazing! I reached out to him last minute and he was so accommodating, stepping in right away without hesitation. He took wonderful care of my pet and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease while I was away. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos—it gave me such peace of mind knowing my pet was happy and in good hands. Abraham is reliable, caring, and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter!”

Feel free to reach out to me if your dog needs any special accommodations and we will see what we can do!

About: Lifelong dog lover with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including large breeds. I recently lost a beloved family dog in Japan, which deepened my appreciation for the importance of compassionate, attentive care for animals. Although I do not currently have a pet of my own, I stay closely connected to animals through volunteering at the humane society, where I help care for and socialize dogs of different temperaments and needs. I am active, reliable, and very attentive to each animal’s individual personality and routine. I enjoy providing safe, loving care, regular exercise, and meaningful companionship tailored to each dog’s needs—whether that means calm indoor time, structured walks, or active outdoor time for more energetic dogs. I work mostly remotely, so I’m home the majority of the day and can provide consistent care and attention. I do have occasional appointments, but I plan my schedule to ensure pets are always checked on and cared for regularly. I’m also very active and enjoy hiking and outdoor time, so I’m happy to include pets who enjoy walks, exercise, and being out and about. I provide attentive, reliable care tailored to each pet’s needs and routine. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care or medications. In the home, I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and not alone for long periods, giving them consistent companionship and supervision. I keep the environment clean, calm, and stress-free, and I’m very respectful of the client’s home, treating it with care as if it were my own.
“Eugene and his wife took such great care of our puppy!! She is not the easiest dog, but they were so patient with her and very communicative. They sent tons of pictures throughout her stay and kept me updated. Eugene’s wife even made Nalu’s meal extra yummy with chicken and broth. Nalu can’t wait for her next stay!”

“Had a great experience with Olivia, she communicated promptly and kept me informed on how the day went. We had a short stay but she sent a picture and Korra seemed to enjoy her time. Thanks, we’ll be coming back again!”

“Debbi no ka oi. (Debbi is the best) we relied upon Debbi’s care for our IG during a busy week plus in Honolulu. She was flexible and able to suit our needs perfectly. Our dog was happy, healthy and I was always assured of Debbi’s excellent care of our pet. I highly recommend her.”

About: I grew up in the foothills of San Diego where I was raised with all kinds of animals! Cats, dogs, chickens, you name it! Animals aren’t just pets to me—they are members of the family and should be treated as such. I am a student on campus one day a week, and the other days are spent doing remote field work. Because of this I have a lot of flexibility for potty breaks and giving care to your furry loved ones. Although this is a New York City apartment, it is quite large withs a lot of open space during the colder months when long walks become a little shorter. There is a lot of room for playing fetch and such. I live on the first floor of a building which makes trips outside very easy and convenient, which is good for dogs of all ages. Additionally, there are three doors between the apartment and the street, which is helpful for the escape artist-type!

“Danielle and her beautiful family took the best care ever of my sweet Daphne! Not only did Danielle provide a loving home to Daphne for the day, but she also helped me with my separation anxiety from my puppy (who has rarely been away from home since she was born) by Danielle and her son’s kind and confident manner interacting with Daphne. I had taken Daphne to a doggy daycare facility last month, but it was too big and impersonal for me, if not for Daphne, who was intimidated by all the dogs and their barking. With Danielle and her family, Daphne got far more personalized attention than at doggy day care, and both Daphne and I felt much more comfortable. Having found Danielle, Daphne and I have found ourselves the perfect dog sitting situation. Five out of five stars!”

About: I’ve had dogs, koi, and parakeets in my life since I was 5. I currently own two dogs and dog training has become a crucial part of my life. I believe quality of life is extremely important for our pets. Our pets are members of our families and they deserve the utmost care and attention. I’ve bathed and groomed dogs for friends and family, as well as helped with obedience training. I don’t take being a dog mom lightly. From meal preparation, daily training (both obedience and sport) to regular potty breaks and walks, I only provide the best for our furry family members. I have a detached studio with air conditioning that can accommodate kenneled pets, or can be converted into a kennel free play room for pets that do not require kenneling. There is a spacious, fenced in back yard with plenty of grass for dogs to play in. We can also offer general obedience training at an additional rate depending on the training required.
