About: After the death of our beloved dog, our family decided to take a break from dog ownership to heal and rest a bit. I have had dogs (usually more than 1 at a time) my whole life! Pet sitting is my way of loving on dogs during this busy stage of life when I cannot have my own. I would love to shower your dog with lots of love and attention! We do have a kitten in our home. She has adjusted very well to having dogs around. We are a homeschool family and are at home or near home most every day. I would never have to leave your pet for any extended period of time. Not only do we have a fenced in yard, but also live walking distance to a couple of beautiful parks, beaches, and a small dog park. Please be aware that I do have small children. Ages 3, 6, 10, & 12. I will love your pet like my own! Your beloved pet will have snuggles and pets and enjoy walks outside to our local park and dog park if you approve. I live in a beautiful area and love to be outside with furry friends.

For example, Lovely was shy to go in the house at first, so Maple set her up on a long-line on the deck and kept the door open so Lovely could go inside whenever she was ready. This was our first time using Rover, and we’re so grateful to have found Maple!”

I work full-time on the weekdays from 8 AM to 3 PM and take my pup, Una, out after work. My weekends are filled with hikes and time at the park. About: I have taken care of pets for friends and family and friends of friends. Just like when I teach in schools, I provide a safe and welcoming space. I have experience walking, hiking, feeding, giving baths, giving medicine, and teaching new tricks to dogs. I have cared for cats as well. In my adult years I've had three dogs of my own and two cats. I have used Rover before for my dog, and now would love to provide great service for other peoples' dogs and cats, like how Rover sitters did for my dog. I value communication and look forward to sending my clients photos frequently of all the fun their pet is having when being taken care of by me. I have a baby, so I am home a lot.
