One of the dogs even needed surgery a week and a half before we left on our trip. Liz was very understanding and patient, even when I quadruple checked on them and was very anxious about everything. I was in and out of service on a backpacking trip and it was such a comfort to see updates when I would finally have some reception. Came home to very happy fur babies and an extremely tidy house! I follow any specific instructions you provide to maintain your pet's normal routine, from feeding and walks to playtime and bedtime rituals. “Emma and her mom were awesome. The dogs took to them very quickly (even the timid one). Walked the dogs and played daily. They were great with the pups and sent lots of pics and updates every day. The dogs were so happy in the pics, and they were calm when we got home (which tells me they were relaxed unlike when we pick them up from the boarding facility). Highly recommend!
