Josh took special care to make sure Roxy was at ease. He followed all of her care instructions perfectly and sent wonderful photos of their walks along with detailed updates. His passion for working with animals enabled him to build a strong bond with Roxy quickly and we could tell she was so happy to have him as a new friend. “It’s always hard to leave a family member home with a sitter. Janey is different. She cares for your pet as a member of her family. I’ve met Janey a few times before leaving on my 4 night trip. I started with a meet and greet. Then I scheduled a 4 hour house visit. So by my scheduled trip I knew that Colbie would be comfortable with her. I had a few “asks” of her during the stay and she fulfilled them up to my expectations. I knew after the first night that I didn’t need to get pictures and updates from her. I was able to enjoy my vacation to its fullest. As I returned, I asked if she would do it again and she said yes. “Mike is AMAZING! We booked him to stay at our house with our 2 dogs. Regarding our dogs: One of our dogs is a rescue and can be overly anxious which causes him to be aggressive. In our intro meeting, our rescue dog was being problematic. However, Mike has worked with dogs like him and luckily, my dog's temper tantrums didn't deter him from watching my dogs. During his stay, my dog quickly warmed up to Mike and are now great friends. It speaks volumes to Mike's patience and experience with trouble dogs. Regarding the House Sitting: I don't think necessarily was part of the job description but I do have an older house that unfortunately decided to throw Mike some curve balls during his time watching my dogs. The wind took a window off its hinges and shattered glass all over and my refrigerator sprung a leak. Lucky again for us that Mike is very level headed, communicated the problems to us, and found solutions quickly to remedy the situation. We came back to the window mess being cleaned up, the fridge in working order, and towels used laundered and folded. Overall, I'm incredibly thankful for Mike and will certainly book him again the next time we're out of town.”

Seriously, the best dog sitter ever. My two GSD’s are not typical dogs. They like to bond with a person and enjoy lots of walks. VIctoria treated them like royalty, sent me a ton of pictures and walked the dogs several times a day. My house was clean when I got home and she had even washed and tied the sheets. We had great communication with Agatha and she took good care of our elderly pup. We were nervous about leaving our girl for a week to travel abroad, but once we started getting regular updates with pictures from Agatha, we felt at ease. She also took good care of our home.
Mia was kind and attentive and my puppy Koa had a great time with her. She made sure to clarify any questions she had and also was super open to learning how to feed him his special diet. She spent a lot of time with Koa taking him to the dog park and on walks which he loves!

Veronica was an absolute dream to work with! Our older pups started experiencing some random symptoms about a week before our trip to Japan and we contemplated cancelling the whole trip but Veronica gave us so much comfort and reassurance which also gave us peace of mind. We were in communication every day and she also sent pics/videos which was so calming for us. Normally we don't worry as much but our dogs are 16 and 13 years old but Veronica was very understanding and we cannot wait to work with her again. Thank you!
