About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds throughout my life. Within the past decade I have cared for those types of my family and friends' pets from pet sitting them at my place to overnight sitting at theirs, as well as my own cat, Pluto, for the the past 11 years. I am currently in school to be a counselor on Tuesdays and Thursdays and would like to use my Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and some Sundays helping people play or walk or spend quality time with their pets. “Victoria is hands-down the most attentive sitter I’ve ever used on Rover. She stayed at my apartment with my Labradoodle, Shiplap, for three days and truly went above and beyond. Not only did she perfectly manage Shiplap’s specific mealtime routine, including his Amen prayer and Fresh Pet preparation, but she also jumped right into our daily neighborhood traditions. She made sure Shiplap got his social time with Sister and the other local cats, even handling the extra feeding for them. What really impressed me was how she handled my apartment’s quirks. My place has a few 'old building' issues like a tricky toilet handle and specific AC breakers, and Victoria managed everything flawlessly. She even kept up with Shiplap’s cooling routine with his fans and towels. What really set her apart was the communication. She sent frequent updates and adorable photos of Shiplap throughout the day, so I never had to wonder how he was doing. I returned to a happy dog and a perfectly kept home. About: I've been around dogs since I was a little kid. My family always had a dog, and many of my fondest childhood memories involve spending time with and taking care of them. When I started college was the first time I had full responsibility of taking care of my dad’s two dogs while he was away on a trip. Caring for two dogs with their distinct needs while juggling the demands of college coursework was a challenge especially as this was for an extended period of time.
